In recent years,the CPC central committee and the ministry of education have put forward many opinions and requirements on deepening the reform of education and teaching and comprehensively improving the quality of compulsory education,and have made top-level designs and policies on how to train people for the new era.Test proposition plays an important guiding role in school education and teaching,and is the key link to improve the mechanism of moral cultivation,reverse the orientation of unscientific education evaluation,and is of great significance to comprehensively implement the party's educational policy and develop qualityoriented education.The core quality of chemistry is an important part of the development of students' core quality.Therefore,this study proposes to build a core literacy evaluation model for junior high school academic level examination,which is undoubtedly of positive significance for deepening the reform of basic education evaluation and promoting the improvement of education level.The main theoretical basis of this study is blum's educational target classification theory,classical measurement theory,project response theory,and China college entrance examination evaluation system.Based on blum's classification theory of educational objectives and China's college entrance examination evaluation system,this study constructs a core literacy evaluation model for junior high school chemistry academic level examination.The evaluation model takes "morality builds people,promotes fairness,and guides teaching" as the examination objective of junior high school chemistry academic level examination.It takes "core value,discipline accomplishment,key ability,and essential knowledge" as the examination content,and "basic,applicable,comprehensive,and innovative" as the examination requirements.The researchers divided the measurement level of the core literacy of various disciplines,determined the evaluation idea of the core literacy,and designed the working process of the design task review based on the core literacy of the chemistry discipline.Using the evaluation model,this study of guilin in 2019 junior high school level examination and guilin 2019 junior high school level adaptation chemistry examination paper analysis,analysis of test questions of design quality,whether accord with the requirement of core literacy conception,the students of chemistry subject core literacy development situation,and represented by three schools to explore core literacy assessment model project functional differences.Evaluation model of the application results show that the two sets of the examination are actively implement the "khalid ents" fundamental task of educating people,in the junior middle school chemistry "core values,science literacy,key ability and necessary knowledge" as the examination content,fundamental and comprehensive examination requirements,fully embody the subject characteristics and educational value,and to investigate the essential knowledge of subject core literacy,as a carrier for examination using a variety of situations to chemical disciplines,key core literacy ability examination penetrating in the exam.However,there are also some deficiencies such as imbalanced core accomplishment,imbalanced key ability,relatively single examination requirement and simple test situation.It can also be seen from the data that the students who took the exam had a great difference in the development level of core literacy in chemistry.Through data analysis,the paper also evaluates the quality of the test questions and makes Suggestions on the proposition.From this study may safely draw the conclusion: in junior high school chemistry educational level exam core accomplishment evaluation model has the scientific nature and operability,can be based on the chemical subject core literacy level of junior high school examination proposition,provide reference for junior middle school chemistry teaching and evaluation,the development of middle school chemistry discipline core literacy.Influenced by the researchers' theoretical level and other factors,the research still has some deficiencies.For example,the elements of the core literacy evaluation model in the junior high school chemistry academic examination are theoretical and not closely related to the junior high school chemistry curriculum.The analysis of the core literacy dimensions and levels of the test questions is subjective and needs further study.
