Research On The Classification And Communication Intervention Strategies Of Internet Rumors

With the progress of science and technology and the popularization and application of the Internet,the Internet has become the main channel for people to obtain and exchange information,and thus provides a medium for the breeding and evolution of all kinds of public opinion.As a part of Internet public opinion,Internet rumors are essentially the epitome of network mass events.They usually revolve around the topics and events that people are most concerned about.With the continuous communication and evolution of Internet users' information exchange,the spread of public opinion breaks out,and even leads to public crisis.Frequent Internet rumors have brought adverse effects to the network environment,the public's information cognition,the supervision and governance of relevant departments,and the social public order.Studying and solving the problem of Internet rumors is conducive to solving the relevant problems and contributing to the sustainable and healthy development of the Internet speech environment.Based on this,this study first investigates and analyzes the relevant theoretical literatures about the definition,classification,communication process and intervention strategies of Internet rumors at home and abroad,and elaborates and summarizes the research status of Internet rumors.Through the topic category planning and common Chinese text classification algorithm,it is found that Naive Bayes classification algorithm based on TF-IDF is an effective algorithm for the classification of Internet rumors.Current politics and society,medicine and medical treatment,food and health are the three highest incidence fields of Internet rumors.Based on the grounded theoretical analysis of the typical Internet rumor cases in these three fields,this paper constructs a theoretical model of the evolution of Internet rumor propagation,which mainly includes four stages:the formation of perceiving attitude in the early stage of Internet rumor propagation,the group reaction behavior in the middle stage of Internet rumor propagation,the multi crisis-management in the late stage of Internet rumor propagation,and the secondary risk of Internet rumor propagation.On this basis,based on the different stages of the evolution of Internet rumor spread,this study puts forward four management suggestions for the relevant management to implement intervention and governance.
