With the rapid development of artificial intelligence era,children's programming education has gradually become the focus of attention.At the same time,with a series of favorable policies issued by the state,it has brought many opportunities for the development of children's programming education enterprises.In recent years,nearly500 children's programming education enterprises have been established,and more and more people begin to lay out this education market segment.Due to the relatively late development of children's programming in China,many enterprises are in the exploratory stage,and have not formed a good and perfect marketing strategy.Most enterprises even copy the existing marketing model of k12 education enterprises,which leads to the stagnation of enterprises.Company a is an online education enterprise for children's programming.This paper takes company a as the research object.In the research process,it mainly adopts the literature method and case method to analyze the company's general situation,market positioning and marketing strategy.Firstly,PEST analysis method and five force model analysis method are used to analyze the marketing environment of a company,and then the marketing 7Ps theory is used to analyze a company The company's product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy,personnel strategy,visible display strategy,process management strategy are analyzed in detail,and the problems existing in the marketing of company a are put forward.Finally,based on the problems existing in the marketing process of company a,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving the marketing strategy.The purpose of this paper is to explore the marketing strategies suitable for online education of children's programming combined with the 7PS theory of service marketing,so as to help the online education companies of children's programming to win the competitive advantage.It is hoped that it can be used for reference for the development of company a and other educational companies engaged in this field.
