Mathematics education is an organic part of our country's education,and the reform of basic education curriculum in our country also began with the mathematics curriculum."Number and Algebra" is one of the four major courses of compulsory education at this stage,and it is the foundation of many subjects.Calculation is the result of human creative activities.In the process of calculation,the essence of things can often be discovered through induction,analogy,and reverse thinking.The development of "number and algebra" using calculatios as a clue reflects the creative spirit of mathematics that people have the courage to explore.Nowadays,"core literacy" is a hot spot in the field of education,and education in various countries focuses on the cultivation of people's core literacy.Curriculum reform has been digging deeply into the concepts and implications of mathematical operation literacy,indicating that the requirements for students' operational literacy are also constantly changing.We must examine the connotation and training goals of mathematical operation literacy based on the results of in-depth research.This article mainly takes the curriculum standards(syllabus)as the research object.Aiming at the course content of "number and algebra" operations in the middle school stage of compulsory education,it mainly studies the following three questions:(1)What are the core contents of "number and algebra" operation in the middle school math course?(2)What are the methods of "number and algebra" operation in the middle school math course?What are the changes and focus in recent years?(3)What is the development context of core contents and methods of "number and algebra"operation in middle school curriculum?In response to above problems,this article mainly adopts the literature method,text comparison method,and comparative research method,and the following research conclusions are obtained.First of all,the core content of "number and algebra" is determined by using the conceptual diagrams of "number and operation","algebra and operation" and the related content of the curriculum standard.The objects of "number and algebra" operations include rational numbers,real numbers and irrational numbers,algebraic expressions,integers and fractions,equations and equations,inequalities and inequalities,and functions.The calculation mainly involves four arithmetic operations,exponentiation operations,extraction operations,estimation,generalization and reduction,factorization,solving equations and inequalities,and finding functional analytical formulas.Secondly,the calculation methods of "number and algebra" objects are studied,including actuarial calculation and estimation;mental calculation,oral calculation and written calculation;the use of calculation rules,calculation laws,properties and formulas;objects and media;use of images;combination of situations.In the course standard,the learning of estimation content is gradually strengthened.In the middle school stage,more calculation is carried out in the form of written calculation.Algorithms,operational laws,operational properties,and operational formulas are important basis for calculations.The tools of objects and media have changed,and nowadays calculators play an important role in math classrooms.Image has always been an effective means of auxiliary calculation,and the thinking method of combining number and shape is fully reflected in it.The curriculum standard emphasizes the connection between calculation and situation,which is to serve life,open up ideas,and solve practical problems.Finally,based on the analysis of the core content,the main line of the development of the"number and algebra" operation course has been formed.Specifically,it is divided into two parts,one part studies the development method of knowledge content,and the other part explores the ideas embodied in the content learning process.The teaching sequence of number content is in accordance with:rational numbers?real numbers?irrational numbers.The teaching sequence of algebra content follows the developmental context of algebraic formulas?integers and fractions?equations and equations?inequalities and inequalities?functions.The knowledge content follows a spiral upward pattern.From simple to complex development;thinking includes estimation,combination of number and shape,abstraction,analogy and transformation.This article mainly studies the content of "number and algebra" operation and its main lines of development,hoping to provide a comprehensive and macro understanding for middle school mathematics teachers to carry out "number and algebra" operation,clarify the content and main lines of operation,and grasp the overall knowledge system of operation,so as to carry out teaching more effectively.
