The code of conduct and moral concepts contained in the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation provide cultural deposits for the Chinese nation.School-age children and teenagers are the successors of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which is of great significance to the construction of national cultural confidence.However,in recent years,under the influence of foreign culture,a series of problems such as lack of recognition of excellent traditional Chinese culture and lack of enthusiasm for learning have appeared.Wushu,as the quintessence of Chinese culture,with its long history and broad connotation,can provide abundant resources for the excellent traditional culture education of the Chinese nation.Similarly,wushu has been misread by the mainstream western physical education thought,its cultural connotation tends to dissipate,and its development is worrying.Thus,inherit and carry forward the Chinese nation excellent traditional culture can be found the problem is the lack of the carrier,the development of wushu education problem is the lack of cultural connotation,based on the real demand,from excellent traditional culture accomplishment and the coupling of wushu education,and then explore the excellent traditional culture and martial arts development predicament and break the predicament facing the way and method.This research uses the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,data statistics method,logical analysis method as the main research methods;This paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth study on the coupling between the excellent traditional cultural accomplishment of Yinchuan City and the martial arts education of school-age children and teenagers.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)The gender structure of martial arts teachers in Yinchuan,Ningxia is seriously unbalanced;The number of teachers is getting younger;Not all of them have reached the learning standards of Teachers'Law of the People's Republic of China.The largest number of teachers have less than five years of teaching experience.(2)The male to female ratio of school-age children and adolescents in Yinchuan,Ningxia is close to 1:1;More than 60 percent of school-age children and teenagers volunteer to learn martial arts.(3)The investigation on the status quo of excellent traditional cultural accomplishment of wushu teachers in Yinchuan,Ningxia showed that wushu teachers had the best cognition and practice of excellent traditional culture of the way of gentleman and the way of etiquette,with the scores of 4.50 and 4.36,respectively.The recognition and practice of Yi culture and He He culture were the worst,scoring 4.17 and 4.05 respectively.(4)In the survey on the status quo of excellent traditional cultural accomplishment of school-age children and adolescents in Yinchuan,Ningxia,the understanding and application of the doctrine of the mean and the doctrine of gentleman are the best,with the scores of 4.08 and 4.07 respectively.The understanding and application of Yi culture and He He culture were the worst,scoring 4.03 and 3.97,respectively.(5)From the study on the coupling between excellent traditional cultural accomplishment and martial arts education of school-age children and adolescents,P value<0.05 and R value=0.891 were analyzed,indicating that school-age children and adolescents can be cultivated through learning martial arts and martial arts education by martial arts teachers.The recommendations are as follows:(1)Strengthen the teaching of martial arts culture.(2)Standardize the contents of martial arts courses.(3)Increase the "sense of ritual" in martial arts education.(4)Optimize the team of martial arts teachers in Yinchuan,Ningxia.(5)Strengthen the consciousness of Wushu teachers' lifelong learning and improve their professional ability.(6)Improve the degree of attention and increase the promotion platform.(7)Strengthen continuing education and training to promote professional development.
