Research On The Application Of Group Work In The Cultivation Of Rural Youth Environmental Protection Awareness

Ecological environmental protection is one of the hotspots of current social concern.my country is a large agricultural country,with lack of rural infrastructure,relatively simple garbage disposal,household garbage everywhere,and the unbearable smell next to the trash can,showing a poor phenomenon,affecting people's quality of life.Rural teenagers are the reserve army for social progress and rural development.Their ability to accept new things is relatively strong.This study takes 8 rural teenagers in L Village as the research object,and helps rural teenagers develop good environmental protection habits by deepening the concept of environmental protection and ecology.,Gradually improve the rural environment,standardize the behavior of residents,and promote the sustainable development of the rural environment.First,through observation method,interview method and questionnaire measurement,the current situation and problems of environmental protection awareness of L village youths are investigated,and then the needs assessment of rural youths from the four aspects of environmental protection knowledge,environmental protection sentiment,environmental protection awareness and environmental behavior.Secondly,under the guidance of ecological system theory and social learning theory,the group work method was applied to the cultivation of environmental protection awareness of L village youths,and seven professional group service activities were designed and carried out,the contents of which were mainly environmental protection knowledge promotion and garbage classification popularization.,Family environmental protection co-construction,turning old things into treasure,and environmental sanitation volunteering online these five parts.Each group activity is designed with specific activity goals.Through the development of related activities,according to the performance of the group members,detailed records are made in terms of group atmosphere,cohesion,and participation.When the group activity is about to end,the effect of the group activity will be investigated and evaluated through different dimensions of the Rural Youth Environmental Awareness Questionnaire and the Group Activity Satisfaction Questionnaire.According to the evaluation results,the team members' goals have been achieved,environmental protection knowledge,environmental protection behaviors,environmental education,and environmental protection attitudes have been positively improved,with strong environmental awareness and the effectiveness of practical activities.In addition,the team members were highly satisfied with the event,and when the event was about to end,they all said that they had gained a lot and had a very fulfilling life.Finally,summarize and reflect on the experience of group work in the cultivation of environmental protection awareness of rural youths in order to better serve rural youths in the future.
