The high school curriculum reform has entered the stage of core competencies,and geography "three boards" as an important part of classroom teaching is facing new challenges,which focus on how to reflect core competencies of geography in the design and implementation "three boards".On the basis of literature review,it is found that the number of studies on core competencies and geography "three boards" is limited and the research findings are not much.Therefore,this paper constructs the "three boards"evaluation scale based on core competencies,measures and evaluates the "three boards"existing in high school geography course,and puts forward the improvement strategies,trying to make a contribution to promoting the core competencies of geography "three boards".This paper mainly includes the following six parts:The first part is the introduction.Based on the background and significance of research,this paper sorts out the research status of blackboard writing,geography "three boards" and geography "three boards" oriented to core competencies.Then,the plans of research are determined,including purposes,content methods and technical route.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.Defining the concepts of blackboard writing,geography "three boards",geography core competencies and etc,the paper ascertains the theoretical basis of geography teaching theory,constructivism theory,information transmission theory and educational evaluation theory.The third part is construction of high school geography "three boards" evaluation scale based on core competencies.Clarifying the approaches,principle and basis of construction,the paper selects and sorts order of the evaluation indicators by expert consultation.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to assign the value of each indicator.Finally,an evaluation scale of high school geography "three boards" is generated.The fourth part is the high school geography "three boards" cases evaluation.In the preparation stage,the objects are chosen based on processes and standards of evaluation.In the implementation stage,the chosen objects are graded.The evaluation results are analyzed from overall and specific perspectives in the analysis stage.Finally,the paper draws the conclusion that there are four main problems,including the neglect of competencies development,the ambiguity of primary and secondary expression,the deficiency of elaborate presupposition and the weakness of geographic characteristics.The fifth part is optimization of high school geography "three boards" oriented to the development of core competencies.The paper proposes to design "three boards" on the principle of goal orientation,students centered,planning guidance and subject characteristic,and four implementation countermeasures.Firstly,the geography curriculum standards should be studied to dig out the requirements of competencies development.Secondly,the geography textbooks should be analyzed to select teaching content.Thirdly,the blueprint of "three boards" should be designed and the target of design should be clarified.Lastly,in order to enhance the characteristics of geography subject,the geography blackboard diagram and painting should be applied more.Besides,geography"three boards" should pay attention to relationships between teachers directed and students centered,predictive and creative,detailed and brief,and traditional and modern teaching media.In the end,the paper gives examples of "three boards" from the first and second volume of geography textbooks.The sixth part is conclusion and prospect.Firstly,the conclusions of this paper are drawn,including the practical significance of the research,the research tools,the problems found in the research and the optimization scheme of the research.Secondly,the shortcomings of the research are expounded from three parts,which are the evaluation scale,evaluation cases and optimization schemes;Finally,the prospect of high school geography "three boards" are put forward.
