Under the background of "Internet+",the cultivation of students' information literacy is the important requirement of education facing the modernization,as information technology professional teacher,will be under the background of "Internet+" cultivating students informationization main education carrier,if you want to accomplish this goal,information technology teachers' professional level and deeper professional requires continuous improvement.The national new curriculum reform clearly requires to strengthen the teacher professional development training and establish a sound teacher professional development training system.Information technology course become a compulsory course for primary and middle school students in China for more than ten years,as cohesion of elementary school and high school information technology education,junior middle school information technology plays a very important role in the future,the status of the information technology curriculum,goals,teaching methods,teaching material,content system,evaluation and other aspects of research,policy,supporting the development of construction have been.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and other methods,understand the status quo of professional development of junior middle school information technology teachers in W District,Suzhou,explore existing problems and causes,and explore countermeasures and Suggestions from the perspective of management optimization.The professional development of information technology teachers in Suzhou is relatively good,but there are also many problems that need to be improved:insufficient attention to information technology education;Information technology education management is not standardized;Limited network infrastructure and digital resources;Teachers' information literacy is not high;The result of informationization teaching is not good.Therefore,it is urgent to systematically analyze the problems existing in the professional development of information technology teachers in W District,Suzhou city,and explore solutions,so as to provide necessary references for the professional development of information technology teachers in teacher education departments and schools.In view of the existing problems,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the causes of the problems based on the perspective of educational management,and puts forward the following suggestions for optimization:to enhance the inner motive force of junior middle school it teachers' professional independent development;Optimize and promote the junior high school information technology teachers Professional Development Good External Environment;strengthen the practice of information technology education teaching skills reflection.Due to the limited level of my research,the paper shows some deficiencies in research,such as insufficient innovation degree and insufficient depth,the suggestions and countermeasures to improve it teachers'professional quality still need to be further tested and perfected in practice.In the future education and teaching work,will further in-depth exploration and research,with a view to help it teachers to improve their professional quality,is the direction of future follow-up research,continuous learning and efforts.
