With the rapid development of economic globalization,how to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate high-quality engineering talents is the core issue faced by higher education institutions all over the world.In 2016,China formally joined the "Washington Agreement",which introduced advanced results-oriented education and promoted engineering education certification in colleges and universities.It plays a positive guiding role in improving the quality of Chinese engineering education system and personnel training.The crucial part of engineering education certification is to evaluate the degree of completion achievement requirements.Moreover,the quality of the evaluation directly affects the effectiveness of continuous improvement measures in teaching.However,there are some problems in graduation requirements achievement evaluation,including difficulty in quantifying specific indicators for graduation requirements and insufficient scientific evaluation methods.Therefore,it is of great significance to introduce scientific and objective educational data mining methods to evaluate the achievement of college students' graduation requirements.This thesis refers to the "Washington Agreement" and applies data mining methods to evaluate the achievement of students' graduation requirements.The academic achievement data of 155 students majoring in electronic information engineering in a university are selected as the research data,which are consisted of course scores,competition awards,graduation design scores,etc.At first,this thesis proposes an index system for expected graduation requirements by studying the relevant research on the graduation requirements of the "Washington Agreement" and the related educational theories of student development,combined with the graduation requirements of electronic information major in the university.Then,the factor analysis method is used to construct an evaluation model of students' graduation requirements.Next,the model is utilized to evaluate individual students,student groups and curriculum systems.The evaluation results provide valuable information for promoting the overall development of students and the follow-up teaching improvement measures of the school.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows.Firstly,this thesis puts forward the key factors of engineering graduation requirements by analyzing and comparing the graduation requirements of engineering majors at home and abroad,and referring to the research results of the development of college students'literacy.According to the key factors and the graduation requirements of the school's electronic information majors,the indexes of possible and expected graduation requirements of electronic information majors are formulated,and the "index system of expected graduation requirements" is constructed.Secondly,according to the academic achievement data of graduates,such as student course scores,subject competition awards,academic scholarships,etc.,the factor analysis method is used to analyze the achievement of students' graduation requirements,and 8 actual graduation requirements achievement indicators are extracted.The achievement indicators are compared with the expected graduation requirement index system to verify the rationality of the proposed 8 graduation requirement achievement indicators.According to the explanatory significance of the extracted indicators,the factor score coefficient matrix is improved.The entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each indicator and calculate the graduation requirements to achieve a comprehensive score.Compared with the existing evaluation system,it proves the feasibility,objectivity and scientific nature of the evaluation method in this thesis.Finally,use the achievement evaluation method proposed in this thesis to conduct individual and group evaluation analysis on students.Radar chart is used to evaluate the achievement of students' graduation requirements in an all-round and multi-dimensional way.Based on grade and gender comparison analysis of the performance differences of different groups in achieving various indicators of graduation requirements,and analyze the possible reasons;analyze the training programs,and give the support matrix of the curriculum to graduation requirement indicators.
