From the perspective of the school,learning effectiveness refers to the specific performance of the knowledge and ability that the school expects students to acquire after periodic learning.From the perspective of teachers,learning effectiveness refers to the judgment or evaluation of students based on specific standards and methods after the end of phased learning,and the results or grades presented by the judgment or evaluation.From the perspective of learners,learning effectiveness refers to the specific performance of the degree of mastery of skills or knowledge acquired by learners after the completion of learning tasks.Based on the theory of results-oriented education and Bloom's mastery learning theory,this study formed the physical education learning effectiveness evaluation model used in this study with the help of the Four-level Kirschner evaluation model,and evaluated the current physical education learning effectiveness of junior high school students from the same dimension.Literature review,questionnaire survey,field measurement,interview and mathematical statistics were used to study the learning effect and influencing factors of physical education of junior middle school students in Shihezi.This paper analyzes the current learning status of middle school students in Shihezi city from three aspects,including students' physical education and health knowledge,physical health level,physical morality level,physical education learning attitude and sports skill level,and makes clear the different manifestations of learning results.The main conclusions are as follows:According to the evaluation results of the physical education learning achievement evaluation model,the basic situation of the physical education learning achievement of junior middle school students in Shihezi city is as follows:(1)Reaction level: Male students are superior to female students in attendance,learning activity,energy and time investment,etc.Moreover,the degree of learning activeness and the investment of energy and time are negatively correlated with grade.(2)Learning level: Male students' self-evaluation in theoretical basis cognition,sports theory cognition and physical fitness cognition are all higher than female students.Physical education and health knowledge increase with the rise of grade.Girls in the physical quality than the body shape performance is better,the body function level performance is general.Boys have the best physical performance,but their physical quality is slightly worse.Shihezi seventh grade students have good physical shape but poor physical quality.Shihezi eighth grade students have good physical function but not good physical shape;Shihezi grade nine students have good physical quality and poor physical form.(3)Behavior: Most of the students can correctly recognize their own sports morality,and at the same time appreciate the excellent sports morality displayed by their peers,and conduct self-examination to find their own shortcomings;Some students choose to escape after the occurrence of immoral behavior,to reduce or eliminate restlessness,guilt and other reactions,to reduce the constraint of the foul behavior;Students are more interested in basketball,followed by football,volleyball and track and field,but volleyball is obviously better than basketball,football and track and field.The overall passing rate of students is not high,so it is necessary to strengthen the learning of motor skills,improve teaching methods and improve the quality of practice.(4)Results: On the whole,students are satisfied with teachers' actual teaching performance,but they still have high requirements and expectations for skill demonstration and classroom atmosphere construction.The main factors affecting the achievement of junior middle school students in Shihezi city are individual,interpersonal relationship and natural environment.Based on the above conclusions,the following countermeasures and Suggestions are proposed:(1)To improve the teaching level of teachers,improve the physical education classroom teaching standards,and meet the requirements of curriculum standards;(2)Improve junior middle school students' cognitive and emotional learning and improve the efficiency of PE classroom teaching;(3)Novel design to enrich classroom teaching content;(4)Pay attention to the differences between student groups and implement personalized physical education teaching;(5)Pay attention to students' emotional needs and promote their overall physical and mental development;(6)To establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
