| In recent years,with the popularization and balanced development of compulsory education,the fairness of compulsory education has gradually become the focus of people’s attention.Educational equity requires every student to have equal access to education and access to educational resources.However,usually exist students in the teaching activities of the real active or passive marginal phenomenon,the emergence of such students has violated the quality education and teaching the concept of fairness,hindered the effective classroom building,a direct impact on the students’ physical and mental health,and for students of junior middle school stage that is worth adolescence,the harm is more apparent.Based on this,this paper,on the basis of the existing research,USES the Case study method,classroom observation method,interview method and other research methods,in-depth analysis and summary of the middle school classroom "marginal people" of various behavior,explore its generation factors,and on this basis,put forward the "marginal people" transformation of the feasibility of the strategy.This study attempts to describe the phenomenon of "marginal people" in the classroom of junior high school in detail through classroom observation,and analyzes the behavior of "marginal people" in facial expressions,gestures and paralinguistic aspects,and then divides the "marginal people" into active "marginal people" and passive "marginal people".The study found that "marginal people" exist in the classroom has many forms,on the basis of analyzing its secretiveness and show coexistence,coexistence of commonality and difference coexist,stability and development,the basic characteristics of the trait and situational coexistence and put forward the "marginal people" to reduce the classroom teaching effect,damaging class construction management,affect the relationship between teachers and students to against the classroom teaching and generate fair classroom effect.This research mainly through classroom observation and interview method to explore after class "marginal people" the generation of the reason,the study found that the generation of "marginal people" is the result of the internal and external work together with a variety of factors,this article from the personal internal factors and teacher factors,school factors,family factors,the three external factors altogether four aspects of the cause of the "marginal people" has made the detailed analysis and study,personal factors in the uneven development of body and mind,one-sided self-knowledge,poor academic performance;The lack of professional quality,the negative effect of teachers’ expectation,the negative labeling;Unequal educational resources and cultural environment in school factors;Subjective and objective factors in family factors are the main causes of "marginal people".In terms of the transformation strategy of "marginal people",this paper takes the formation reasons of "marginal people" as the base point and the strategies put forward by previous scholars as the base point.On the basis of these two,this paper proposes the transformation plan of "marginal people" from four aspects: self-adjustment,improvement of teachers,transformation of schools and improvement of families.At the end of the study,this paper summarizes the results of the study and puts forward the prospect.Through this research,we hope to attract the attention of people from all walks of life and pay attention to the phenomenon of "marginal people",so as to promote the fairness of education.Secondly,I hope to enrich the research materials of "marginal people",effectively promote the classroom interaction of "marginal people" in junior high school,improve the learning efficiency,realize the all-round development of each student on the basis of respecting individual differences,and lay a foundation for the construction of efficient classes. |
