With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform,the education circle pays more and more attention to the cultivation of the comprehensive ability of middle school students,abstract ability of mathematics is very important in the cultivation of mathematics ability of junior three students.At first,the author reviews the current research situation at home and abroad by using the method of literature research,and defines the concept of the mathematical abstract ability of the junior high school students.It also divides the mathematical abstraction level of junior high school students into:(1)Perceptual knowledge stage,that is to say,concrete material level abstraction;(2)The stage of rational knowledge,that is,completely separated from the concrete object,(3)Rises to the abstraction of mathematical laws.At the same time,the author uses the method of Investigation and interview to investigate the defects of the development of the mathematical abstract ability of the junior high school students:(1)There is a serious polarization in the cultivation of abstract ability;(2)The ability of abstracting mathematical problems is weak in complex synthesis situation;(3)The understanding of mathematical knowledge is not deep enough to grasp the essence;(4)Lack of ability to transform written language into mathematical language;(5)Lack of habit of summing up;(6)Most teachers can realize the importance of mathematical abstract ability,but the degree of understanding is not enough;(7)Not Enough consideration is given to the specific situations used in the teaching process.In view of these defects in the cultivation of mathematical abstract ability,the following teaching strategies are proposed from the aspects of teachers' teaching:(1)Paying attention to the life of the situation,collecting the typical cases from the life;(2)Paying attention to the reasonable application of the visual material,in order to reduce the difficulty of mathematical abstraction;(3)Guide students to "do mathematics",experience the process of mathematical abstraction;(4)Auxiliary mathematical modeling,help improve the ability to abstract mathematics;(5)Make full use of variable teaching to grasp the essence of mathematical knowledge.From the student's study aspect proposed the following teaching strategy:(1)In mathematics learning to achieve a variety of sensory participation;(2)In mathematics learning to take notes,do a good summary,induction and reflection;(3)To understand the background knowledge,contact the reality of life.In view of the above strategies of teaching and learning,the author in the ninth gradeschools are teaching material are analyzed on the basis of the design of the teaching of mathematical concepts and problem solving respectively on the teaching of specific teaching details,on the one hand provide methods for their future teaching work,on the other hand to provide the reference for the other education workers.
