As the basic ability to ensure efficient learning,attention online is an important condition to achieve the effect of efficient geography classroom teaching,which belongs to a very limited cognitive resources.The cognitive characteristics of adolescent high school students are that intentional attention is dominant,but the attention state is unstable,and they are easy to lose focus under the influence of external stimulation.A 40 minute geography class makes it extremely difficult for students to keep their attention online all the time.Therefore,it is an urgent problem for geography teachers to apply the theory of attention to help students get rid of the quagmire of excessive fatigue and keep their attention focused for a long time,so as to create an efficient classroom to the maximum extent.This paper aims to activate and lock the students' attention in the geography class of senior one,mainly from four aspects:(1)Related introduction and theoretical review.First of all,through literature review,we can extract valuable reference content from the research results made by the existing researchers,mainly including attention related laws,teenagers' psychological development characteristics and attention situation,and related research on attention regulation in geography class,so as to preliminarily understand the attention situation in geography class of senior one.(2)This paper analyzes the causes of the students' attention loss in high school geography class.Taking the students in the geography class of senior one as the main object of investigation,this paper uses classroom observation and questionnaire survey to conduct field investigation on the attention of the students in the geography class of senior one,and further makes data analysis and reason induction on the overall situation of the attention of the students in the geography class of senior one and the causes of the influence on the students' attention distraction.According to the results of the questionnaire survey,the off-line attention is one of the common classroom problem behaviors,which is universal.Most students are most likely to lose focus in the middle of the class.In view of these characteristics,the author analyzes the causes of high school students' attention loss from the perspective of subject factors,teacher factors and student factors.(3)To establish the intervention mechanism of high school geography class students' attention loss.Through the analysis of the restrictive factors that affect the students' attention in the geography class of senior one.Based on the theory of attention law and the influencing factors,the mechanism of intervention attention defocus was selected from the early stage,the middle stage and the late stage of class.(4)Empirical research.The author bases the intervention mechanism on the teaching practice,records the times of students' distraction in the intervention class and the regular class by the attention observation scale,and further tests the effectiveness and scientificity of the intervention mechanism by using the data analysis method,so as to provide some more operational teaching strategies for the promotion of the actual classroom teaching.
