As one of the representatives of Chinese martial arts,Wudang Martial arts has absorbed the philosophical thoughts of Confucianism and Taoism,absorbed the knowledge of Chinese traditional medicine and military tactics,and created the cultural origin of Wudang Martial arts with regional cultural characteristics.China has a vast territory and has formed regional cultures with their own characteristics.In order to achieve the overall goal of the inheritance and development project of excellent traditional Chinese culture,various regions have adapted measures to their local conditions and infiltrated excellent traditional Chinese culture into education through different forms.Adolescent stage is a critical period for casting the soul and educating people.It requires careful guidance and cultivation,and opens the door for students to explore the cultural treasures of the Chinese nation with the hand of education,so that students can understand the charm of traditional Chinese culture,which plays an important role in inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese culture.In order to realize the comprehensive popularization of Wudang Martial arts in primary and secondary schools,in November 2019,Shiyan City carried out Wudang Martial arts training for primary and secondary school physical education teachers.Through field visits and interviews,we learned that the current evaluation content of Wudang Martial arts into the campus teacher training is relatively limited,and the training system still needs to be further improved;Through literature research,it is found that the theoretical research on the training of Wudang Martial arts teachers is also very scarce.On the basis of the literature,this study master related to this topic research,on-the-spot investigation method and interview method to obtain first-hand information of wudang martial arts teacher training into the campus,to get all the data are summarized,with CIPP evaluation model theory,offset training evaluation model theory as the basic framework of the index system of this thesis,preliminary build the wudang martial The evaluation index system of the training of teachers in the school.After using Delphi method to improve the training evaluation index system,determine the four dimensions,12 indicators,29 secondary indicators and 81 tertiary indicators of wudang martial arts teacher training evaluation index system into the campus,each index weight through the analytic hierarchy process,from the index level of total sorts,fourth dimension-the results of evaluation of the highest weight,This is followed by process assessment,background assessment,and resource assessment.This paper intends to construct a comprehensive and scientific evaluation index system for the training of Wudang Martial arts teachers on campus.It not only plays a certain role in promoting the construction of the theoretical system of teacher training evaluation,but also widens the scope of application of the training evaluation system.This study clarified the actual situation of training for Wudang Martial arts campus teachers from the aspects of training background and training implementation,so as to provide reference for formulating follow-up training programs reasonably.Therefore,this paper has a certain theoretical guidance and practical significance.
