Kindergarten safety has always been the focus of kindergarten's attention,and the safety prevention ability of kindergarten is directly related to whether safety accidents can be effectively prevented.It is an urgent need to strengthen the work ability of kindergarten safety management.In this study,the questionnaire of "Survey of Kindergarten Safety Prevention Status Quo" was compiled by the methods of literature collation and analysis,and interviews.After project analysis and exploratory factor analysis,the questionnaire was divided into three categories:safety prevention awareness,safety accident prevention,and safety accident handling.The ?coefficient of the questionnaire is 0.972,indicating that the reliability of the questionnaire is very good,and it can be tested.Through stratified random sampling,940 questionnaires were sampled,and 834 valid questionnaires were recovered,accounting for 89%.In order to further study the safety and prevention status of kindergartens in three different cities,18 interviewees were interviewed in the same way.Among them,6 leaders from different regions and different kindergartens and 12 kindergarten teachers from different classes(public and private)6 in each kindergarten).At the same time,50 cases of kindergarten safety emergency plans were collected,and 15 representative cases were selected for in-depth analysis.The results of the research showed that:1.The overall situation of safety prevention in kindergartens is good,the awareness of safety prevention is the best,the handling of safety accidents is the second,and the prevention of safety accidents is the worst.2.In the current situation of safety prevention in kindergartens,the three dimensions of safety prevention awareness,safety accident prevention,and safety accident handling differ in different demographic variables,which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)The safety prevention awareness has extremely significant differences in teachers' academic qualifications;There is a significant difference in the teaching age of teachers;there is a difference in the scale of the kindergarten.(2)Safety accident prevention has extremely significant differences in teachers' academic qualifications and the scale of the kindergartens;significant differences in teachers' teaching age;differences in teacher positions.(3)The handling of safety accidents has extremely significant differences in teachers' academic qualifications and the scale of the kindergartens;there are significant differences in teachers' teaching age.3.Construction of the kindergarten safety emergency plan: The elements of the kindergarten safety emergency plan mainly include general rules,basic accident conditions,safety emergency organization and responsibilities,handling procedures,handling measures for various safety accidents,aftercare,emergency resource protection,and operation of the plan.maintain.The specific content of the kindergarten safety emergency plan is to prepare a specific safety emergency plan according to the type of safety accident.
