In recent years,the development of students' physical and mental health has been widely concerned by all circles of society.And the students' learning motivation and confidence play a leading role in the development of students' physical and mental health.Self-efficacy is an important factor affecting student learning motivation and learning confidence.Self-efficacy of students' learning was originally developed by the concept of self-efficacy proposed by Bandura,which refers to the subjective judgement of whether students can successfully conduct learning behaviour in learning.However,Self-efficacy,an important factor affecting student learning motivation and learning confidence,has been ignored by society.Therefore,it is of great necessity to study self-efficacy of students' learning.This paper is based on the relevant research at home and abroad,350 junior high school students in a middle school were selected as the questionnaire respondents in Yan'an City.A revised questionnaire on junior middle school students' Self-efficacy in mathematics learning was used to investigate.The questionnaire contains 28 tests,These questions were divided into three dimension: behavioral efficacy of mathematics learning,academic efficacy of mathematics,and self-regulation efficacy.The spss17.0 software was used to analyze the current situation of the survey data from the perspective of the whole,class differences,gender differences,grade difference,and difference related to scores.The analysis results are as follows:(1)The average score of the students as a whole was above average;(2)Class A is superior to Class B in every dimension;(3)There are significant differences in the three grades of junior high school;(4)The self-efficacy of male students is higher than that of female students in all dimensions;(5)There is a positive correlation between junior middle school students' self-efficacy in mathematics learning and mathematics achievement.Then through the interview method and non-participatory observation method to explore the influence of students' mathematics learning self-efficacy of the factors.Suggestions on the corresponding cultivation strategies were put forward according to the influencing factors.The following are the strategies to improve students' self-efficacy in mathematics learning:(1)Creating the opportunities to experience success.In order to improve the self-efficacy of students of different levels,teachers could set up a variety of questions and a multi-solution questions in class.(2)Setting appropriate math learning goals.The formulation of mathematics learning goals is best in the students' thinking development of the nearest area,Let the students jump a jump to reach..(3)Setting an example.The role models must be of educational value.They could be students who perform well,or they could borrow the achievements or stories of Chinese and foreign mathematicians.(4)Evaluating and encouraging students positively.When evaluating students,teachers could make more use of language arts to evaluate students' learning outcomes.(5)Creating a good classroom learning atmosphere.Teachers could use a variety of teaching methods in class,such as group cooperative learning,hands-on activities such as small class.
