observation,literature,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods to study the situation of the referee’s foul in 2019 Basketball World Cup.The comparison and analysis of the penalty of CBA referees in 2018-2019 season are made.The difference between the World Cup referees and our referees and the foul behavior of world Cup referees are obtained The scale and trend of the punishment.It provides theoretical basis for the judgment of CBA referees in China.The following conclusions are drawn through the study:Conclusion1.The referees in the 2019 men’s Basketball World Cup are more relaxed in the nature of fouls,encourage reasonable physical contact,reduce the punishment of irrelevant fouls,and improve the continuity and appreciation of the game;In the foul area,the World Cup referees mainly focus on three areas: Zone 2,zone 3 and zone 5;In terms of fouls,the world cup has the strictest punishment on the Fouls of upper limbs and hands,and focuses on the Fouls of lower limbs that may cause injury;In terms of penalty,the World Cup referees give the most penalty in the three penalty rules of two free throws,front court throw and back court throw;In terms of foul time,the World Cup referees are relatively stable in every quarter of the game.In the foul position,the World Cup referees give the most penalties to the defenders.2.In the 2019-2020 season,CBA
