The 21 st century is a new era of quality education and modern education.Strengthening the application and development of information technology in the field of education and teaching will help to realize the modernization of education and teaching,improve the quality and level of education,promote the cultivation of innovative talents and promote the development of educational theory.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the research status of micro class at home and abroad,explores the theoretical basis and basic principles of micro class design and application,and selects the Chinese original emerging sports "uniball game" in the foot serve,uniball game In order to improve students' cognition of national sports culture and promote the diversified development of sports teaching,this paper designs the corresponding micro lesson of uniball movement to carry out the teaching experiment.In the application process of the micro class in the teaching of uniball games,the teaching experiment method is adopted.On the premise of ensuring the consistency of the teaching content,the traditional physical education teaching method is adopted in the control class,and the micro class auxiliary teaching is adopted in the experimental class based on the rain classroom platform.Finally,the students of the two classes were assessed on the theoretical knowledge and basic skills of the uniball movement,and the students of the experimental class were given questionnaires on the application effect and evaluation of the uniball micro class:(1)Based on constructivism,cognitive load,humanism and blended learning theory,and combined with the principles of students' subjectivity,miniaturization,interest and innovation,the design of the micro lesson of uniball games is carried out from four aspects: learning situation analysis,resource selection,script design and video production,This paper designs effective learning resources in line with the goal of the course and the actual situation of students,and applies the designed micro lesson of the course to the teaching practice of the course with the rain classroom platform as the transmission carrier.(2)Through 14 weeks of teaching practice,it is found that there is no significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the theoretical knowledge of the uniball game,but the number of students with high scores in the experimental class is more than that in the control class;There is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in the basic skills of the uniball game,and the overall performance of the experimental class is better than that of the control class;From this,we can see that the application of the micro lesson of uniball games has a certain positive significance for improving the teaching effect and learning efficiency.(3)After the experiment,through the collection of students' feedback,it is found that the micro class helps to stimulate the students' interest in learning the uniball game and improve their autonomous learning ability,which is welcomed and loved by most students;Students have a high degree of recognition for the length of the video and the use of the rain classroom platform;Most of the students hope to apply the micro class to other sports,and are willing to recommend the micro class to other students.
