Research On Operation Optimization Strategy Of Workplace Knowledge Payment Platform

Based on the theory of Consumption Ritual and communication economics,social psychology,etc.this thesis analyzes the operating mechanism of occupation-based knowledge payment platform and explores its construction of knowledge consumption ritual by means of excellent course of WPS as the cutting-in point.On this basis,combined questionnaire data with interview content,pointed out the problems in operation,and finally put forward optimized suggestions.And this thesis sorted out several major occupation-based knowledge payment platforms in the industry,and analyzed their content distribution and operation structure.Because of internship at excellent course of WPS,combined the theory of consumption ritual with personal practice,the research will start with the five elements of consumption ritual,and analyze construction of knowledge consumption ritual on operation strategy step by step,and reveal operation of the status of occupation-based knowledge payment platform.In October 2020,a survey questionnaire was completed by 300 user of excellent course of WPS,and interviewed four representative target user and two senior operators in the industry.through the questionnaire data processing analysis and interviews,this paper finds that the user has a strong demand for the abundance of the course content,social attribute and return to the essence of education.However,there are conflicts between the operating strategies of occupation-based knowledge payment platform and the real needs of target users.and this phenomenon is explained as well.The research opens out problems in the operation of occupation-based knowledge payment platform and puts forward optimized suggestions,is advantageous to the steady development of the whole industry.At the same time,the research will introduce the theory of consumption ritual into the field of knowledge consumption,which can expand the application scope of consumption ritual.
