With the development of society,all sectors of society are paying more and more attention to high school mathematics education.In recent years,our country has carried out many reforms in high school mathematics curriculum,to seek a teaching model and curriculum model that is more conducive to students' development.Based on the deepening of the reform of high school mathematics curriculum,the education department is advocating the development and design of unique school-based curriculums at all levels and types of schools to broaden students' mathematics horizons and improve their mathematics literacy.Elementary number theory is one of the classic research branches of mathematics,with the characteristics of education and classics.This research attempts to develop the school-based course Preliminary Elementary number theory and the school-based textbook Into the Elementary Number Theory based on the needs of Chongqing Wanzhou Z Middle School from the perspective of elementary number theory.This research is based on humanistic learning theory,constructivist learning theory and school-based curriculum development theory to carry out school-based curriculum development and design.First,evaluating and analyzing the learning needs of the first-year students of Chongqing Wanzhou Z Middle School for opening the Preliminary Elementary number theory course to explain the feasibility of developing this elective course and drawing the conclusion that it is necessary and feasible to develop the school-based curriculum of Preliminary Elementary Number Theory;secondly,it is an course development and research for the Preliminary Elementary Number Theory in the E-selective course and mainly developed and designed from the formulation of the course goal,the organization of the course,the implementation of the course and the evaluation of the course,and basically formed a complete and systematic school-based curriculum development framework;Finally,the three teaching cases of the course experiment are shown.That is "the concept of divisible and the division with remainder","the binary indefinite equation" and "the concept and properties of congruence".And drawing the conclusion that the designed course content is in line with the students' learning needs.
