Premier Li Keqiang pointed out at the two sessions in 2021 that "in the fairness of opportunities,the fairness of education is the biggest fairness." Inclusive education is the way to education equity,and mathematics classroom questioning is the foothold of inclusive education.In order to understand the current situation of primary school mathematics teachers' inclusive classroom questioning and explore the causes,this study takes the basic concept of inclusive education of "pay attention to equality,respect for differences,active participation and collective cooperation" as the evaluation principle,and uses the methods of observation,video analysis and interview to investigate the equal treatment,differential treatment and students' participation and cooperation of Y primary school mathematics teachers in classroom questioning What's going on.Equal treatment shows whether teachers are equal in asking,waiting and answering questions;differential treatment shows whether teachers' question level design is reasonable and the difficulty is appropriate for students;students' participation in cooperation shows students' active and passive speaking and cooperative learning in classroom.The results show that:(1)the equality of teachers to students is not enough: the distribution of call and answer opportunities and waiting time is uneven,and the way of answering is not equal;(2)the difference of teachers to students is not enough: the design of questioning level is unreasonable,and the difficulty of questioning is not appropriate;(3)students' participation and cooperation in classroom is not high:Students' classroom participation is not good,and the cooperation is not good There are few opportunities for learning.The study puts forward improvement strategies for the reasons of teachers,students and schools.Teachers should improve their professional quality of inclusive education from four aspects: professional concept,professional intelligence,professional feelings and professional norms,establish correct values and students' views,and establish an equal relationship between teachers and students in classroom questioning teaching.On the one hand,students should actively participate in classroom,on the other hand,they need to establish a sense of rights.Schools need to strengthen teachers' inclusive education theory and practice training,establish process evaluation mechanism,reduce teachers' burden and implement small class teaching as far as possible.
