The continuous development of information technology has brought tremendous changes to the education and teaching work.The 2017 version of the new biology curriculum standard puts forward new requirements for both the teaching of teachers and the learning of students.Through literature research and investigation,it is found that teachers generally do not realize the importance of biological experiment teaching,and there are still many unresolved problems in the teaching process.At present,many scholars are also trying to design blended learning activities to improve students' learning effects,but the theory is too strong to be directly used by High school teachers and difficult to promote.In order to improve the effect of biological experiment teaching and learning,this paper selects the NOBOOK biological virtual laboratory as an auxiliary platform for students' learning,designs the mixed learning activities based on this platform to apply to biological experiment learning,and verifies the effect of implementation through quasi-experimental research.This article comprehensively uses literature research,investigation research,quasi-experimental research and classroom observation methods to conduct research.Under the guidance of "learning by doing" theory,experience tower theory,Constructivism theory and activity theory,the design of a biological virtual laboratory based on NOBOOK Learning activities and applied to teaching,this research mainly did the following work:The first is the literature research work;sort out the current situation of biological experiment teaching,summarize the main problems existing in experimental teaching at this stage;summarize the current situation of using virtual reality technology to improve biological experiment teaching,clarify the results of related research and the need for further The content of the research;research the related literature on the design of blended learning activities to prepare for the design of follow-up blended learning activities.The second is the design of mixed learning activities;biological experiments are classified according to the characteristics of different biological experiments:observation experiments,detection experiments,and exploration experiments.According to the requirements of the new curriculum standard,the requirements of the college entrance examination and certain principles and basis,the preliminary literature research Design different mixed learning activities for different types of biological experiments.The third is the implementation of blended learning activities;the blended learning activities based on the NOBOOK biological virtual laboratory are applied to biological experiment teaching through quasi-experimental methods,and the experimental class students are pre-tested before the research starts,and classroom observations are conducted during the research process,Collect the completion status of the students' homework and the completion of the experiment report;after the research,conduct post-test and interview with the students of the experimental class.Finally,the collected research data was analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn:(1)A design plan for blended learning activities based on NOBOOK biological virtual laboratory was drawn;(2)High school biological experimental blended learning activities promoted students' experimental attitudes Change;(3)High school biology experiment blended learning activities increase students' participation in experiments;(4)High school biology experiment blended learning activities deepen students ' understanding of experimental principles;(5)High school biology experiment blended learning activities improve biological performance.It can be proved that the mixed learning activities based on the NOBOOK biological virtual laboratory are helpful to the study of biological experiments.
