As a form of technology,chemical experiment has the value of educating people.In the traditional chemical experiment design,there is a lack of research on experiments from the perspective of technical ethics,which indirectly leads to the disconnection between ethics education and chemistry education,affects the integration of scientific knowledge and moral values,and then leads to the lack of norms for the design of chemical experiments.This paper analyzes the chemical experiment design from the perspective of technical ethics to make it develop in the direction of standardization and innovation.Based on the basic theories of Chinese traditional ethical technology,responsible ethics and "responsible innovation",this study analyzes the relationship between chemical experiment design and technical ethics,and preliminarily constructs the theoretical framework of chemical experimental design under technical ethics.After the comments and suggestions of 15 experts on the evaluation framework,the evaluation framework was further revised and improved.Finally,it is concluded that the chemical experimental design under the idea of technical ethics follows the principles of greening and economization.the second-level elements of experimental design are reasonable design,cost control,sampling experiment,model research,condition control,system optimization,recycling,green thought,safe and effective,and environment-friendly.According to the basic elements of high school chemical innovation experimental design,it is compiled into a scale of 1-4 levels,that is,40 level indicators.According to the evaluation framework,four chemical experiments involving technical ideas are selected for innovative design,and an experimental case is formed.Through the combination of grey statistical quantification method and teacher interview method,this paper tests and analyzes a certain or a certain type of experimental innovation case,and establishes a rigorous and effective evaluation method with the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.It is found that the innovative design of chemical experiment from the perspective of technical ethics takes the technical elements related to environment,energy,materials and other technical elements as the ideological carrier of experimental design under certain normative conditions.the knowledge and skills contained in the experiment are integrated into the experimental design process,and the technical ideas are reflected in the way of both explicit and invisible clues.First of all,deeply explore the relationship between chemical experiment design and chemistry,technology and society.The traditional chemical experiment design pursues the results and neglects the optimization of the process,which leads to not paying attention to the internal relationship between the experiment and human and environment,and will not cause students to have an effective understanding of resources,environment and energy.Secondly,through the design of chemical experiments from the perspective of technical ethics,it breaks through the tendency that the original experimental design process only pays attention to the positive technology,seldom elaborates the experimental value,but also pays attention to the negative effects and coping strategies that may occur in the application of chemical experiments.Finally,the innovative design of chemical experiments is a technical activity.Technology is essentially a deterministic activity accompanied by risk.This requires the construction of necessary and reasonable technological ethical norms that are compatible with the development of technology.The ethical behavior of the experimental designer is transformed into the experimental design.Technology and science are inseparable.In chemistry teaching in senior high school,how to build a bridge between knowledge and technology,so that students can receive technical education,understand technical ethics and form technical ideas in the process of doing experiments? it is a problem that needs to be considered in chemical experiment design.The orderly innovation of chemical experiments is inseparable from the norms of technical ethics,which is the only way for the innovative design of chemical experiments to be standardized and mature.
