Track and field class in elementary school physical education The most common teaching content of elementary school physical education class.For the sake of student safety and increasing students' interest,many schools have blindly attracted students and made a large part of the deletion of traditional track and field.The original physical education class was not enough,and the content of learning was downplayed.When it comes to exercise,all physical fitness indicators show a downward trend.As a result,students' interest in sports participation decreases and their physical fitness decreases.In order to respond to the call,stimulate students' interest in sports participation,guide students to actively participate in sports,and improve their physical fitness level,I have carried out a series of related experimental studies in the school where I teach.Related experiments were organized in Taihang Primary School in Yuci District.The subjects of the experiment were students from two classes of sixth grade in Yuci Taihang Primary School.Use children's fun track and field methods to teach the experimental class,and use traditional track and field methods to teach the control class.And use the Sports Interest Scale to conduct two interest questionnaire surveys for the two classes.This article uses literature method,questionnaire survey,experiment method and interview method to conduct analysis and research,and draw the following conclusions:(1)The use of children's fun track and field teaching methods in elementary school physical education can effectively improve students' physical fitness.The results before and after the experiment show that in the tests of speed quality,agility quality,flexibility quality,strength quality and endurance quality,the results have been significantly improved.(2)Children's fun day track and field teaching methods can be used in primary school physical education to increase students' interest in physical education.Through the investigation of the sports learning interest scale,the students in the two classes have certain differences in four dimensions after the experiment.The sports learning interest of the experimental class has changed significantly after the experiment,but the sports interest of the control class has not greatly improved.(3)Children's fun track and field teaching methods can be applied to primary school physical education.Children's Fun Track and Field pays special attention to the participation and enthusiasm of students,which can stimulate students' interest in learning.In the classroom,teachers pay attention to the main body of students,allowing students to explore and communicate in games.(4)Children's fun track and field can improve students' emotional goals and spiritual quality.There are many projects completed by groups in children's fun track and field teaching,such as teaching games and teaching competitions.This requires students to cooperate with each other,encourage each other,and discuss together,increase students' sense of cooperation and work hard to overcome difficulties in the face of difficulties,and find solutions Ability.In teaching,teachers should teach students to realize that winning is not the only goal,but the important thing is the skills learned.The use of children's fun track and field teaching methods in elementary school physical education can improve students' interest in sports learning and physical fitness.Teachers should reflect on teaching in a timely manner,and adjust the teaching plan that suits the students in time.
