Study On Cultivating Xinjiang Minority Engineering Students In Shaanxi Universities Under The Background Of Emerging Engineering Education

Whenever a long-range project engaged,education always be the paramount consideration.The world has entered the upsurge of the fourth industrial revolution of human society in 21st century.Due to the blooming of economy and science technology,scientific knowledge and talents have become an urgent need for the development of all countries.China as the largest total amount of engineering education country in the world,proposed Emerging Engineering Education in order to bring forward the new ideas of how to cultivate high-quality engineering and technical talents.As the core force for the development of higher education in the central and western regions of China,Shaanxi still has a huge space for the improvement according to the training of new type of engineering and technical personnel,especially to train engineering students of Xinjiang ethnic minorities who are studying in Shaanxi.They have been affected by culture,politics,economy and education in ethnic areas for a long time,that's why they really need to continuously study and explore the countermeasure on the cultivation of new engineering literacy based on national feelings,rudimentary knowledge,innovative consciousness,international perspective and so on.Colleges and universities in Shaanxi enhance the training of engineering students of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang,for cultivating the socialist builders and successors by standing firm in support of their ideals and principles,and strengthen their engineering qualities.It is of great era significance to promote social and economic prosperity in ethnic minority areas,and keep the long-term political stability.The guiding philosophy of this paper adheres to the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education in this period,and uses questionnaire survey and other research methods to focus on the current situation of Xinjiang minority engineering students' training and new engineering construction in Shaanxi universities under the background of Emerging Engineering Education,then put forward the corresponding cultivation strategy according to the problem.The innovation is mainly reflected in the selection of Shaanxi universities Xinjiang minority engineering students as the research object of this paper to analyze the status quo of training,actively discusses that under the background of Emerging Engineering Education,what literacy should the new engineering and technical talents in engineering education acquire,by integrating the existing problems in the process of cultivating new engineering literacy of Xinjiang minority engineering students in Shaanxi universities,then finally put forward the specific path of how to train Xinjiang minority engineering students in Shaanxi universities under the background of Emerging Engineering Education.This paper consists of five parts:the first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,research actuality,research design,research method and innovation.The second part of this paper mainly introduces the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The third part of this paper obtains the training status of Xinjiang minority engineering students in Shaanxi universities under the background of Emerging Engineering Education by means of questionnaire survey,then summarizes the existing problems which occurred during the training.The fourth part of this paper analyzes the causes of the problem from the three aspects of the social issue,the school issue,and itself issue.The fifth part of this paper mainly brings forward the countermeasures to improve the training of Xinjiang minority engineering students in Shaanxi universities under the background of Emerging Engineering Education according to clarifying the training objective of minority students in Xinjiang,reforming the curriculum system in colleges and universities,enhancing the teacher resources for engineering education in colleges and universities,and building a framework of educating people by corporations among colleges and universities.
