With the rapid development of Internet,Internet of things,big data and other new technologies,the competition of science and technology industry is becoming more and more fierce,and the requirements of talent literacy are becoming more and more comprehensive.In order to actively respond to the new round of science and technology revolution and industrial reform,China's education sector has launched new engineering education research and reform with the background of emerging industries and new economy.Since the concept of new engineering was put forward in 2016,in order to strengthen the construction of new engineering and respond to the call of the state,the Ministry of education in February 2017 successively launched documents such as "Fudan consensus","Tianda action" and "Beijing Guide" and "notice on carrying out research and practice of new engineering",which set off a wave in the field of education,laying a foundation for the reform and innovation of education,not to mention The development of education has pointed out the direction.There is a problem that knowledge learning and ability training are not closely linked in the professional courses of educational technology in Colleges and universities,so it is urgent to carry out reform and innovation.The new engineering concept points out the direction for the professional courses in Colleges and universities in the aspect of talent ability training,and the reform measures taken in the teaching aspect have certain unity with the reform of professional courses in Colleges and universities.Through questionnaire survey and interview,collect and analyze the data,and make clear that there are problems in the relationship between knowledge learning and ability training in the professional courses of higher education technology.Based on the concept of new engineering education,combined with the relevant educational theory,taking "teaching system design course" as an example,through the method of literature research and case analysis,on the basis of the current situation of mixed learning development,the author sums up the advantages and disadvantages,tries to integrate the concept of new engineering into the mixed teaching,hoping to find a new breakthrough in the mixed teaching,so as to improve the teaching of the course The effect is to promote the connection between the acquisition of knowledge and the cultivation of ability.This study analyzes,summarizes and summarizes the current situation,connotation,concept and characteristics of new engineering and blended learning research through literature research,and combines the constructivism learning theory,"learning by doing" education theory,Bloom's education goal classification theory and "OBE" engineering education concept.First,on the basis of the original professional curriculum,it formulates the new engineering curriculum ability goal,and combines the goal design Based on the concept of new engineering,this paper takes the teaching system design course as an example to build a mixed teaching mode.Finally,it designs specific teaching activities by analyzing the current teaching situation and combining the positioning and nature of the course,including: teaching process design,evaluation and assessment method design and curriculum case design.
