Minors are the future of the country.Preventing juvenile delinquency and helping minors grow up healthily has always been a focus of attention.This article takes the "Born to the Sun" growth group in the J project of the H social work organization in Zhengzhou City as an example,and is committed to discussing the process and effectiveness of group work involved in the practice of helping and teaching criminal minors,in order to find the existence of my country's judicial and social work practice The problems and shortcomings of the judicial and social work of our country will be found to find a feasible way to promote the healthy development of judicial and social work in our country.The practical process analysis of this article is divided into five parts.The first is an analysis of the needs of minors involved in crimes: use questionnaires and interviews to collect data,and then analyze what is the need for assistance and education of minors involved in crimes? Secondly,focusing on the specific help and education needs of minors involved in crimes,a targeted design of group activity plans,including: group goals,theoretical basis,general plan and specific plan plans,etc.Third,divide group activities into early group,middle group,middle and late group and later group,and record and analyze the process of group activities.The fourth is the evaluation of the entire practical process.A series of evaluation forms and observation forms are used to conduct process evaluation and result evaluation of group activities.The process evaluation includes the process evaluation and overall evaluation of each activity;the result evaluation includes the comparative evaluation before and after.Finally,on the basis of practical research,the whole practical process was reflected.Through reflection,it is found that both the activities of this group and the Chinese judicial social workers that need to be considered have areas that need to be further improved and perfected.For this reason,this article puts forward the following suggestions for improvement: strengthen the construction of social work talents;increase judicial social workers Propaganda efforts;establish and improve the social work system linkage mechanism of the Public Security,Procuratorate and Judicial Department,and so on.
