Practical Research On Casework Intervention In Criminal Minors' Help And Education From The Perspective Of Social Support Network

Minors,as a special group of teenagers,are easily affected by the environment due to their unique sociality.For a long time,the country and the society have been highly concerned about the field of juvenile delinquency.If the help and education for juvenile delinquency only rely on the national judicial system,it is difficult to achieve the purpose of correcting its bad behaviors.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate various social resources and form a diversified system of help and education to save minors and make them return to society smoothly.As a kind of professional helping and serving activity,social work can link resources,give full play to its professional advantages and intervene in the helping and teaching of juveniles involved in crimes through the use of professional theories,practical skills and methods of social work,and finally further promote the realization of the best effect of helping and teaching services for juveniles involved in crimes.This paper takes social support network as the theoretical perspective,and uses case work to intervene in the help and education of juveniles involved in crimes.In practice,social workers comprehensively use social support network theory,ABC theory and social learning theory.Social workers first understand and analyze the problems and needs of the help-education objects,then design and implement the helpeducation plans from the perspectives of the individuals,families,peers and society of the help-education objects,and then evaluate the process and results of the practice.Finally,the author thinks and discusses according to the whole process of helping and teaching.First,practical reflection,including the gap in the application of theory,the need to improve the practical ability of social workers,and the conflict between social workers' own values and professional values.The second is the reflection on the judicial social work,including the lack of social identity of judicial social work,social work involvement in the judicial system is not deep problem,the judicial social work staff shortage and limited ability,and the judicial social work social support system is not perfect;The third is to put forward constructive suggestions for reflection,including strengthening the publicity and promotion of judicial and social work,innovating the ways of social work to intervene in the judicial system,focusing on the construction of judicial and social work talent team,and improving the social support system for judicial and social work.The author hopes that this paper can provide reference experience for case work to help and teach juveniles involved in crimes,so as to promote the development of social work in the judicial field.
