| Adolescence are the key period of education.Cognitive behavioral therapy mode not only focuses on the deviant behavior,but also focuses on their own cognition,and pays attention to the influence of the interaction between behavior and cognition.Therefore,the intervention of cognitive behavioral therapy mode in the social help and education of minors involved in crime can help the minors to optimize the effect of the help and education.On the other hand,public procuratorial organs can provide great judicial support for minors involved in crime in the state of investigation.Therefore,social help and education for minors involved in crime through cognitive behavioral therapy can make full use of resources and ensure the smooth progress of services.In this background,this study determined by selecting the appropriate service object,through the case form,the director of cognitive behavior mode of the social education work,designed to achieve two aspects of the service object of psychological and behavior change,improve the ability of the service object of the individual level,improve the self-efficacy,early into the society,at the same time to reach the effect of the service object education better.The article is divided into five parts: The first part clarifies the research background significance,thinking method and innovation points.The second part elaborates the relevant concepts and theoretical basis,and defines the key contents of social help and education in this study.The third part is the specific application of cognitive behavioral therapy in helping and education,clarifying the idea of case work of cognitive therapy mode and the formal development of case helping and education service,introducing the background of the client,making a detailed prediction and specific plan for the client.In addition,based on the activity plan,it introduces in detail the process of six specific helping and teaching activities themed on the cognition of service object deviation.The fourth part mainly expatiates on the evaluation of the effect of the client’s help and education service,and concludes the case.The fifth part mainly expounds the evaluation of the effect of the client’s helping and teaching service and the difficulties and challenges encountered in the whole process of the activity.Finally,conclusions and reflections are drawn based on the overall research.From the perspective of the process and effect of intervention,the cognitive behavior therapy mode is effective for the social help and education of minors involved in crime.This mode not only pays attention to the change of the object of service,but also pays attention to the cultivation and exploration of the individual potential of the object of service.However,attention should be paid to the recognition and acceptance of the mode by the service objects in use.Only through good cooperation can the therapeutic effect be better played.By evaluating the application effect of the mode and reflecting on how to better play its effect in the application of the mode,we hope to provide more ideas for the research in the field of social help and education for minors involved in the crime. |
