Interventional Study Of Group Work On Community Correction Of Drunk Driving Prisoners

Since 2011,when China recognized drunk driving as a dangerous driving crime,a large number of drunk driving cases have emerged.In 2020,more than 300,000 people were sentenced for drunk driving,which has replaced larceny as the number one crime of criminal prosecution.As a minor crime,nearly one third of the drunk driving and dangerous driving offenders in L City were finally applied to community correction as a non-custodial punishment.This has greatly increased the workload of the relevant judicial departments.In addition,the recurrence of drunk driving behavior is not optimistic.According to the latest data released by the Shaanxi Provincial Traffic Administration Department,in November 2020,132 cases of drunk driving were detected in just one month,which is just an epitome.It can be seen that the situation of drunk driving has not been significantly alleviated because of the severity of the penalty.Therefore,attention should be paid to the correction of the cognition and behavior of drunk driving offenders,so as to reduce the reoccurrence rate of drunk driving and reduce social risks.However,the survey found that when various judicial institutions in H District carried out community correction for drunk driving prisoners,the corrective measures focused on the punishment function of community correction while ignoring the restoration value of education,which was not scientific and targeted,and the participation of social forces was not high.As a result,its workload is very heavy,efficiency and quality is not high.In the face of all these problems,this study L city H area the judicial offices and the management of drunk driving community inmates as the research object,in under the guidance of the concept of professional social work,according to the psychodynamic theory,social learning theory and the theory of social support,using literature method,observation method and interview method and questionnaire survey research,involved in team work in practice.Through the analysis of the current situation of community correction of various justice institutions in H area,the problems were found and the research focus was defined.After that,the drunk driving prisoners were investigated to determine their needs,and the intervention plan was designed to implement practical intervention.Finally,the scientific and precise community correction measures for drunk driving prisoners can be realized,the quality and efficiency of community correction can be improved,and the working pressure of the community correction executive department can be reduced.To change the deviant cognition of the drunk driving prisoners,fundamentally restrain their drunk driving behavior and reduce the possibility of their recrime.The purpose of this study is to help them release bad emotions,master communication skills,enhance their confidence to integrate into the society,and promote their smooth return to the society.In this study,the practical process was completely recorded,including the establishment of the group to the final evaluation,and the systematic and complete group activity process and content was presented,so as to provide reference for the practical development of community correction social work for drunk driving prisoners.By reflection,finally points out against drunk driving inmates team work of community correction method,the plight of community correction social work and coping strategies,and promote social forces to participate in the way of community correction,put forward the practice process should pay attention to matters and give relevant effective feasible suggestion,thus contributing to development in the field of community correction social work practice contribute strength.
