Community Correction Social Work In Lanzhou:Current Situation?Problems And Countermeasures

Community correction is relative to the prison correctional punishment way,not only has the legal nature of punishment,more is in the nature of social work service,is a collection of penal execution and social work in an integrated project.Community correction from the beginning of the 20 th century in the United States,in 2002 began spreading in our country,with service,helps the humanization of art form,to rectify object management,education,renovation,the correction result.Community correction of social work to help offenders bear psychological,reshape the character and quality,return to society,so as to reduce the negative influence,deepen the corrective effect,won wide recognition in the world,especially with the international system of execution.Our country judicial department in the successful foreign experience of social work of community correction,based on the localization of community correction social work innovation.However,the current social work is still in the early stage of community correction in our country,still faces multiple difficulties with different problems.Social work in community correction based on this,this paper takes lanzhou city as the research object,based on the perspective of social work,combined with the practice of grassroots community correction work,sum up experience,collect data,combing the relevant data,using the literature method of data collection method and qualitative method to analyze the situation of community correction social work,found its predicament,analysis its problems,put forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures,realize the localization development of communitycorrection social work in lanzhou.
