In order to promote the institutionalization of school social work in our country,and to serve more people in the school field in need,this article summarizes the existing service experience,based on the author's internship experience in the K institution of F city Participate in the X Foundation's school-based social work service project,use snowball sampling to conduct in-depth interviews to collect data,and use rooted theory research methods to analyze.It is found that the relationship between the social worker and the service school may go through a process of relationship formation,relationship establishment,relationship deepening and relationship alienation when the social worker is embedded in the service school.Among them,the internal motivation mainly refers to the school social workers as the main body of the action,including their units and their own characteristics.External motivation mainly consists of action object,project content,policy environment and effect feedback.The main body of action refers to the service school,the project content is the characteristics of the project based on the school service,the policy environment is the current system and environment related to social work,and the effect feedback refers to the evaluation of the beneficial results achieved in the school service.Specifically,in terms of the unit of the subject of action,when the support force behind the registration of the social work institution has a certain social status or social impact,the more negative the service experience,the more insight into the connotation of opportunities,and the more sufficient and specific the support,the more beneficial the relationship between the social work in school and the service school will be.For the action subject itself,the school social worker have the professional education background of social work or have relevant work experience before the school,their personality tends to be outgoing and good at speaking,they can treat people with sincerity and take the initiative to communicate and act well,it will be conducive to the development of their relationship with the service school.In the aspect of action object,when the service school has more bad characteristics,the society demands more openness and accountability,the service in the school needs more,and the leaders have more strategic thinking and broad-minded,they can help the social workers in the school to develop the relationship with the service school.In terms of project content,the more specific and more support the employer provides,the longer the project runs,and the less rigorous the program,the more it can help the development of the relationship between school social workers and service schools.In terms of policy environment,when the law stipulates that social workers are legally enrolled in schools and makes reasonable provisions for the remuneration of school social workers,and the higher the social awareness of social workers,the more convenient it is for the development of the relationship between school social workers and service schools.In terms of effect feedback,regardless of whether the result of the feedback is direct or indirect,the more positive the result of the feedback,the more the relationship between the school social worker and the service school can be developed.This article is composed of five chapters.The first chapter and the introduction part mainly introduce the relevant elements of the research,including the research background,significance,content,methods,literature review and theoretical basis.The second chapter is the specific implementation of the study,that is,the process of the specific operation of the entire study.Chapters 3 and 4 present the research results.Specifically,Chapter 3 describes the evolution of the relationship between resident social workers and service schools.Chapter4 describes the factors that affect the relationship between school social workers and service schools.The fifth chapter is the summary and reflection of the research.It not only summarizes and appropriately improves the conclusions of the research,but also puts forward the deficiencies and prospects of the research.
