Research On Community Embedding Process Of Social Work

China, in its over three decades of reform and opening-up, has made tremendous economic progress. Meanwhile the social problems also emerge in endless. With the development of economic construction, social construction gets more and more attention by the public. People need the new method and bridge to connect to the government and the society. Under the circumstance, the development of professional social work is attached a big importance. During the 12 th five-year plan, social work policy created a major breakthrough. Under the strong support of the policy, the development of social institutions in China presents a white-hot trend. However, there still exist some problems of aggressive and inadaptable. The social organization is the platform that carries on the development of the professional social work. Paying attention to its development concerns the development of the social work. Therefore, it is important to study the evolution of social institutions.In this paper, the author researches the process of embedding R social institutions to the community, with the method of qualitative research and the embedding theory to find out the history of the development of social work institutions. Through interviews of agency personnel and analysis of some events, it sums up effects and paths to the work of embedded R Social Work institutions. To promote the development of the social work, the research of the professional social work helps to understand the function of the embedded social work in community, and the model and the direction of it. The study found that the embedded social institution to community is a long process. It embeds the original community management system, and the relationship between social work agency partners(neighborhood) and clients(residents). The community offers a platform to the social institution. On the other hand, after embedding the community, the social institution became a positive factor to promote the community development. Actually, the embedding process is a process of mutual influence.
