Shooting sports is a skill-based project based on physical fitness.It is a sport with high requirements for accuracy.It requires extremely high physical stability of athletes.It requires athletes to be mainly static and supplemented by movement.In the state of dynamic combination,maintain body stability in a short time,and pursue extreme accuracy.As a world shooting champion athlete,the author has a deep understanding of the competitive sport of shooting,from shooting technical action itself to training methods to improve the performance of shooting sports,to core strength training methods that affect the stability of shooting athletes' standing posture,after years of training Have a clear understanding of the various intricate relationships.Research Purpose: The study of this subject is based on its own important role in the stability of the shooting standing position and has a sufficient practical process,which can reflect its own training experience with specific research results.In order to effectively improve the shooting stability of shooting team 's body stability training level,to provide a certain practical support for the improvement of shooting athletes 'competitive level,and to provide a theoretical basis for the formation of a practical and effective training program for shooting team 's shooting stability.Research Methods: In this study,the influence of core strength training on athletes' standing position was studied through literature data methods,observation methods,expert interview methods,experimental methods,and mathematical statistics methods.Results: 1.The test results of core strength to improve trunk stability and hip muscle group training showed that,longitudinally,the muscle strength of the spinal erector,rectus abdominis,external oblique,gluteus maximus,iliopsoas and tensor fascia lata of the experimental group significantly increased compared with that before the experiment.Laterally,the muscle strength of the above muscle groups in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group.2.The trunk stability of the experimental group was significantly improved in both the longitudinal comparison before and after the experimental group and the transverse comparison with the control group.3.The results of the muscle group training for improving shoulder stability showed that,longitudinally,the muscle strength of the pectoralis major,latissimus dorsi and deltoid in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that before the experiment.Laterally,the muscle strength of the above muscle groups in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that in the control group.4.The shoulder stability of the experimental group was significantly improved in both the longitudinal comparison before and after the experimental group and the transverse comparison with the control group.5.There is a strong correlation between the stability level of stance movements in shooting events and the athletes' technical movements,core muscles,muscle strength of hip joint and shoulder joint,stability of front and rear support surfaces of lower limbs,psychology and self-regulation.Conclusion: the training of core muscles,hip muscles and shoulder muscles with small load and many times can significantly improve the body stability of shooting athletes.There is a strong correlation between the stability of shooting stance movement and the technical movement,the stability of the front and rear support surface of the lower limbs and the ability of self-regulation.
