Research purposes: heart rate monitoring exercise intensity and load is one of the common means of daily sports team monitoring. In view of the application of heart rate monitoring equipment to monitor the changes of heart rate of athletes in tennis teaching competition, combined with technical movements, analyze the stability of athletes in different heart rate zones.Sexuality provides quantitative criteria for the coaches to scientifically arrange training programs and guide athletes' training.Athletes adjust to reasonable heart rate intervals during training and competition to improve the stability of technical application.Research method: The Firstbeat Sports monitoring equipment was used to enter and count the heart rate in the teaching competition of ten female tennis players participating in the training.Combined with professional cameras, the athletes recorded the special skills of the athletes in the teaching competition.Mathematical statistics and analysis were performed based on recorded heart rate data and video playback. The results of the study: 1.The heart rate of the tested athletes was in the range of(66%-70%),and the percentage of first-time mistakes was the lowest. In the interval of(65% or less)and(66%-70%),the percentage of second-round errors was lower; When the heart rate is the highest, the success rate is 40%,the turnover rate is 60%,the second success rate is 80%,the turnover rate is 20%,one mistake, the technical action is adjusted after the success rate is 75%,the unadjusted success rate is 50.%,second error,100% success rate after technical action adjustment, unadjusted success rate 85.71%.2.The average percentage of errors in the first and second rounds was 26.42%±1.42%,12.04±1.54%;the heart rate was above(80%),the average percentage of missed shots was less than 5%,and the heart rate was(In the range of 76%-80%)and(80% or more),the percentage of errors in the second serve is less than 7%.When the heart rate is the highest, the success rate is 100% after the technical action adjustment, and the unadjusted success rate is 0%.,after receiving two serve errors, the technical action is adjusted to a success rate of 100%,and the unadjusted success rate is 100%.3.In the teaching competition, the average percentage of athletes' interceptions was19.17%±1.18;the heart rate was(71%-75%),(76%-80%)and(80%),the percentage of interception errors was lower.State; When the heart rate is the highest, the interception success rate is 70%,the interception error rate is 30%,the interception error, the technical action adjustment success rate is 50%,and the unadjusted success rate is100%.Research conclusions: 1.In the teaching competition, when the athlete's heart rate range is below(65%),(66%-70%),the stability of the first and second shots is thehighest;at the highest heart rate, the percentage of one mistake is higher than the percentage of success. The percentage of second-round error is lower than the percentage of success;the service error is higher than the unadjusted success rate after the service technology is adjusted.2.In the teaching competition, when the athlete's heart rate interval is(76%-80%)and(80% or more),the stability of the transmission is the highest;at the highest heart rate, the percentage of errors in the first and second transmission is lower than the success percentage; After the transmission and error, the success rate after the adjustment of the first action is higher than the unadjusted success rate, and the success rate after the adjustment of the second serve is the same as the unadjusted success rate.3.In the teaching competition, the athlete's heart rate interval is(81% or more),the interception stability is the highest;at the highest heart rate, the percentage of interception errors is lower than the percentage of success.
