| Serve is the most basic and important badminton technique.A high quality serve can help the server obtain the initiative, especially in doubles. In terms of improving serve quality, the standing posture plays a crucial role.Research objective: This paper analyzes the different effects of the three kinds of standing postures on the technical movement and standing stability of the forehand ball, which are bipedal standing, forefoot of the same side of the clapping hand and forefoot of the opposite side of the clapping hand,so as to provide scientific basis for the determination of reasonable serving postures.Research method: Literature review, mathematical statistics and experimental methods were used to analyzed the technical movements and standing stability of three different standing postures.Research results :(1)There is no significant difference in the angular displacement and velocity of each link in the three different standing postures.(2)In the process of serving, the movement speed of each link of the upper limb increases successively, which has the effect of velocity stack.(3)In the service process, the movement speed and Angle of each link of the lower limbs did not show any obvious change in different stages, which is relatively stable.(4)There was no significant difference in the path length and average speed of the center of pressure in the three different postures, but the path length of the center of pressure in the standing posture with the same side foot is the shortest. Conclusion: From the perspective of biomechanics, the three standing modes have no obvious influence on the angular displacement and speed of each link. When athletes or badminton enthusiasts choose the standing posture of the backhand net serve, they should fully understand the influence of the three different standing postures on the display of skills and tactics, and choose the most suitable serve standing posture. |
