The curriculum reform pays more and more attention to the mathematics culture education,requires the teacher to integrate the mathematics history into the daily teaching,guides the student to realize the mathematics knowledge backside the historical development and the humanities spirit.HPM(History and Padagogy of Mathematics)mainly studies the relationship between mathematical history and mathematical education,which is a hot topic in the world.Its related research has provided a theoretical basis and method for the integration of mathematical history into teaching.Sine theorem is an important theorem in high school mathematics.Therefore,this paper studies the classroom teaching design and implementation of sine theorem based on HPM.The curriculum standard believes that the integration of mathematics history into teaching can help students learn and understand mathematics.Based on the connotation of sine theorem,this paper analyzes its rich mathematical cultural value.Subject connection to broaden students’ horizons;Social role reflects the role of social promotion;The evolution process highlights the concise beauty of mathematics;Multicultural contains the spirit of mathematical exploration.In this paper,a questionnaire and interview were conducted to investigate the second grade students in a high school to understand the integration of the history of mathematics in the course of sine theorem.The results show that there are few contents,low level of integration mode,unsatisfactory integration effect and difficulty in integration.Aimed at the problems existing in the teaching status quo,in the related theory under the guidance of HPM,based on sine theorem of HPM teaching design,from the sine theorem proof methods,mathematical thought,historical origin,mathematicians and related disciplines such as teaching design,has the following four areas: teaching and learning situation analysis,teaching goal and serious difficulties,teaching process and teaching evaluation.After the implementation of the teaching design,interviews and after-class tests were conducted to investigate whether the students had mastered the content and application of the sine theorem,understood the mathematical history of the sine theorem,and realized the mathematical cultural value contained therein.Through the research on classroom teaching design and implementation based on HPM,the following enlightenment can be obtained: the development of HPM teaching design is feasible;HPM instructional design should be developed according to one’s ability.The development of HPM instructional design requires teamwork.
