As the new grow-up and rapid development of starting up one's own business,more and more female entrepreneurs join the team.The female entrepreneurs start up their own business which becomes a common phenomenon and turns out an important force of enhancing the economy.However,the new times progress rises higher requirement for the female entrepreneurs.The female entrepreneurs should not only make the business prosperous and steady,but also keep an eye on the family.Contrasted with the working female and stay-at-home mothers,the female entrepreneurs play more roles and undertake more pressure.When at work,the female entrepreneurs act as leaders,or workers,but act as family members at home.Work and family are the crucial parts the female entrepreneurs have to give consideration.Nevertheless,the work and family inevitably generate connection,including furtherance and conflict.Whether the female entrepreneurs can successfully handle or relieve the conflict between the work and family,facilitate the balance of work and family,affect the self-worth realization,work and family harmony,organizational performance development and human resource management efficiency improvement.The previous research focuses on the work and family balance of the working female,relatively less on the work and family conflict situation of the female entrepreneurs,or mainly researches on the performance management of the work and family balance.This paper will refer to the theory of behavior change,self-optimization,role theory,conflict theory,balance theory and so on,lays special stress on the motivation and other factors to start up their own business,the development of the female entrepreneurs,the influence of own business,the reasons of work and family conflict,the different roles for the female entrepreneurs,and the necessity to balance work and family.In addition,this research will be based on the practice,in the light of district and community growth,concentrate on the thirty typical female entrepreneurs as sample.On the basis of the Grounded Theory,using the method of interviewing analysis,the research will study the interviewing material,learn the work and family conflict,code the work and family situation by qualitative strategy,comprehend the causes of work and family conflict,find the ways to solve the conflict and raise balance measures and steps to provide suggestions for the female entrepreneurs.Besides,this study researches on work and family conflict situation of female entrepreneurs,aims to promote the balance and stabilization of work and family and provides some management enlightenment for the practical development.
