In recent years,the problem of declining physical fitness of students in China has gradually become prominent,and people are gradually paying attention to this problem.At the same time,the level of traditional competitive gymnastics in the world has been declining.The problem of shortage of reserve strength of national gymnastics team is gradually revealed,in order to solve this problem,the leader of national gymnastics team put forward the proposal of gymnastics to campus.The director of the national gymnastics management center proposed happy gymnastics to solve the problem of improving students' physical fitness and gymnastics reserve strength,and then happy gymnastics was rapidly developed in China,but the main places of its development were concentrated in clubs and amateur gymnastic schools,with a narrow audience.In order to improve students' physical fitness and increase the population of gymnastics practice,this paper studies the effect of happy gymnastics on students' physical fitness through elementary school after-school care in schools.This thesis uses observation,expert interview,literature,statistical and experimental methods as research methods.The research method was to develop the basis and principles for the design of the after-school care gymnastics program,to design a specific after-school care gymnastics program,and to conduct a teaching experiment in elementary school.The changes of students' physical fitness after the experiment were analyzed.The results of the study showed that.1 The after-school supervised happy gymnastics program can effectively improve students' physical fitness,mainly for students' physical quality,but not significantly for students' physical form and physical function.2 After-school supervised gymnastics program has slightly different physical quality improvement for boys and girls,but there is significant improvement in flexibility,speed,coordination,and endurance.3 The after-school supervised gymnastics program had significant improvement in upper limb support strength,upper limb hanging strength,and waist and abdominal strength,but no significant improvement in lower limb strength.4 The design basis and principles of the after-school care gymnastics program are reasonable,and the specific program designed in this study is consistent with the current situation of the experimental school.5 Students have a high willingness to participate in the after-school gymnastics program,which can make more people understand gymnastics,and the program is suitable to be carried out in elementary school.
