This paper is based on the research on the theory and application of physical education in China,In combination with the present study of happy gymnastics in China and the status of academic research,The practical value and practical significance of this paper are established.As we look back on the history,it is clear that gymnastics as a school PE class was first appeared in the 1860 s,Whether it is the introduction of learning or the vigorous development or the stagnation of rehabilitation,it has shown that different school sports have been taught in different historical periods.From the moment of gym class,gymnastics has been a controversial topic.It is fair to say that gymnastics lessons have been gradually ignored or halted after a period of popularity.However,as a gymnastic branch of the happy gymnastics class,In the last few years,we have enjoyed the popularity of kindergarten clubs and primary and secondary schools in various regions.At present,primary school is mainly in the form of happy gymnastics school and club class.It can be said that it is a heatwave that has reclassified gymnastics as a sports course.However,there is no clear teaching mode in the teaching of new curriculum,which brings many unfavorable factors to our curriculum development,Therefore,it is imperative to actively and effectively explore the applicable and efficient teaching mode of this course.This paper combines the research methods of the questionnaire survey method of the expert interview method.In this paper,students in the fourth class of primary school affiliated to Beijing agricultural college were the subjects of the experiment,and a physical education mode was used for each class in 15 hours.Mainly for before,during and after the experiment of students basic skills test scores before and after the term physical test appraisal result Physical and mental feeling and learning attitude survey data,such as statistical comparison analysis and finishing.Analysis of the results shows that:1)Four kinds of physical education teaching mode through the teaching experiment research and application of the just use a kind of teaching mode in teaching conditions,teaching model sports scene in happy in gymnastics school-based teaching has good applicability.2)Teachers' actual commonly used or under the ideal choice of sports skill teaching mode,in the basic technology and physical tests of the assessment results are shown in the best,but in physical and mental feeling and learning attitude survey results is not very ideal,said students from psychological may not too willing to accept this kind of teaching mode.3)Happy sports teaching mode and small group teaching model in the analysis of results after application research,are not very ideal In the actual teaching process,to student's teaching on the grasp of the process operation and organization management is very difficult.4)The improvement of physical education,not only to achieve physical fitness as well as to achieve the improvement of the psychological,after four experiments combined with the advantages and disadvantages,the sports skill teaching pattern and application of sports situational teaching mode,has a good teaching effect.5)Each sports teaching mode has its own unique teaching program and the applicable scope,because of the different teaching emphases,impossible to use separate a certain pattern can solve all the problems in the teaching,only could reach the most close to the ideal effect.
