The emergence of the "Internet+Education" program provides an opportunity,and in recent years,the country has issued relevant documents one after another,In order to create a new mode of talent training in line with the times and share high-quality educational resources,the development of online and offline hybrid teaching is still not perfect,which requires further research by scholars and continuous improvement,providing a background for this study.In order to respond to the implementation of the national "Internet+Education" plan,reform the traditional physical education teaching mode in schools,improve students' learning efficiency and promote students' personality development,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,takes the construction of online and offline mixed teaching mode of junior middle school physical education as the research object,and investigates and analyzes the current situation of traditional teaching of junior middle school physical education and the feasibility of online and offline mixed teaching mode of junior middle school physical education.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are still many problems in the traditional teaching of junior middle school physical education in terms of teachers' teaching and students' learning.In terms of teachers,there are the following problems:the arrangement of class hours can not meet the completion of physical education teaching objectives and curriculum requirements;Affected by various factors,physical education teachers can not implement hierarchical teaching according to the differences of students' levels;Affected by age and their own majors,many teachers don't demonstrate actions in class,and students can't intuitively understand the essentials of actions;The teaching evaluation is mainly nominative evaluation,and its mode is relatively simple.In terms of students,there are the following problems:students like physical education class,but do not actively participate in teaching activities in physical education class;Students' autonomous learning ability needs to be improved.(2)Through the analysis of national policies,teachers and students,it is concluded that the online and offline mixed teaching mode of junior middle school physical education is feasible.(3)This study analyzes the five elements of theoretical basis,teaching objectives,realization conditions,operation procedures and teaching evaluation,and constructs the online and offline mixed teaching mode of junior middle school physical education.(4)Based on the guidance of relevant theories and questionnaire survey and analysis,this paper puts forward the application strategy of online and offline mixed teaching mode of junior middle school physical education,which provides reference for practice.This paper focuses on the research of online and offline mixed teaching mode of junior high school physical education,With the rapid development of national science and technology and information level,online and offline mixed teaching mode will play an important role and serve more students And teachers,this paper will put forward the following suggestions for future research:(1)Establish an online teaching resource library suitable for junior middle school physical education.(2)Develop appropriate measuring tools to evaluate the teaching effect.(3)the students' learning behavior Study on the influence mechanism.(4)Practical research on online and offline mixed teaching mode of junior middle school physical education.
