The Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Comprehensively Deepening Reform and Implementing the Fundamental Task of Establishing Virtue and Shu Ren(Education Foundation II [2014] No.4),the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Strengthening School Sports for the Overall Development of Students' Physical and Mental Health(Guo Ban Fa [2016] No.27)and the Outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)jointly state in three documents:" To basically build a curriculum and teaching materials system that is coherent,organically connected,coordinated,scientific and reasonable at all levels in universities,primary and middle schools;to revise curriculum programs and curriculum standards to enhance appropriateness,and the learning content of each subject should be in line with the age characteristics of students at different stages of development to establish a bridging system of physical education courses in universities;to follow the laws of education and physical education,guided by interest and focus on teaching according to the material and participation with happiness,pay attention to the development of sports skills,gradually improve the level of sports,and lay the foundation for students to develop the habits of lifelong physical exercise.The essay of "Integration of Physical Education Curriculum in Primary and Middle Schools" is imperative in light of both national will and reality.Therefore,this essay takes the "window period" of tennis and primary school tennis curriculum as the object of research,combines the construction ideas and principles of integrated physical education curriculum,and explores the "horizontal" and "vertical" dimensions of integrated tennis curriculum."This essay can be applied to front-line tennis teachers at the primary level,especially to existing schools with tennis characteristics,and through this essay,front-line tennis teachers are called to participate in the reform and continuous development of the integrated tennis curriculum.Conclusion:(1)This study concluded that the "window period" for learning tennis skills is 6-7 years old,during this period of time the ability to learn basic tennis skills is available.(2)Based on "vertical articulation,horizontal consistency,internal unity,and formal unity" as the basis of the physical education curriculum,the content of the integrated tennis curriculum should clarify the specific contents of the tennis program,strengthen the integration of tennis knowledge and culture,physical development,mental health and social adaptation,and pay attention to the construction of tennis culture on campus.In the longitudinal aspect,we should follow the law of students' physical and mental development,refine and stratify the content of each stage of the curriculum,and arrange the learning order of each content;pay attention to the integration of the "big curriculum" concept-learning,practicing,playing and using in terms of condition support,the national level needs to improve top-level design and organize training for core teachers and leaders,the local level needs to give full play to government functions and rely on universities' talent supports,and the school level needs to integrate and develop resources,improve teachers' levels and enhance inter-school communication.(3)Based on the analysis of a large amount of literature,subject workshops,expert interviews,and field trips,and combined with the window period theory,we explored a tiered example of the targets and contents of the primary school stage of integrated tennis curriculum content.
