| In 21st century, the long-and-medium term goal for China's development is to realize economic modernization and system modernization as well. The central government needs carry out a second round of strategic transition, a transition from being economy-centered to being system-centered. Since China is a rising nation in terms of sports industry, development plan, goal and priority are required to guide the budding sports industry. We should work out and improve policies in its favor, facilitate the sports legislation and enforce it strictly, standardize the main body of the sports market, safeguard sports consumers' rights and interests. All the efforts are intended to offer a set of fair rules and a sound system to develop the sports industry.Considering the history and the present situation of China's sports industry, bearing in mind the critical period of historical development and reform in Chinese society, the author focuses the research on the system environment for operating Chinese Table Tennis Super League.
