Today curriculum integration has become a common trend of basic education reform in many countries. Some countries and areas like England, the United States, Hong Kong and Taiwan of China have accumulated an abundance of experiences in this area. In the Chinese mainland, more and more educational researchers and school educators have shown their interests in curriculum integration. And some of the problems emerged in this area will be discussed in this thesis.The thesis contains five main parts:The first part is related to background research of the art Curriculum Integration. Through reviewing the development of Curriculum Integration; through analyzing the basis theories of Curriculum Integration; through defining the essence content of Curriculum Integration; through analyzing the relation between Curriculum Integration and single course Curriculum and so on. lay the foundation for the next contents.The second part is the development of Art Curriculum Integration; mainly introduce the development of Art Curriculum Integration in the United States, New Zealand, Japan and the region of Hong Kong and Taiwan.The third part is the theories research of art Curriculum Integration .This part mainly analyze and research the importance of Art Curriculum Integration, the integration of Art Curriculum Integration, the ecosystem of Art Curriculum Integration and the openness of Art Curriculum Integration etc. Base on these, Some problems those Art Curriculum Integration should notice are discussed, such as: The relation between Art Curriculum Integration and single course Curriculum; the comprehension of the related main factors in Art Curriculum Integration and how conceive Art Curriculum Integration according to the different age layers etc.The fourth part is the practice research of Art Curriculum Integration, namely is the most important part in the dissertation. Based on the third part, this part mainly discusses some problems about the school-based Art Curriculum Integration, such as: the essence content and the course principles of. The thesis also analyzes two cases about Art Curriculum Integration, one is "art and perform" at the Donhe primary school in shanghai, the other is "with the art appreciate for the core of Art Curriculum Integration " at the Minghang high school in shanghai.The last part is the speculation of Art Curriculum Integration. Based on inducing and summarizing the theories and experience concerning school-based Art Curriculum Integration., the thesis put forward set up a kind of ecosystem and school-based Curriculum Integration that takes students as main integrative corpus, takes art as the core of the integration. Author deals with the design characteristics, design factors and the development modes of this curriculum, and put forward the homologous requests to the teacher in the super-art Curriculum Integration.
