Vocational education is an important part of our education system,and secondary vocational education is the basis of vocational education,which is responsible for the important mission of establishing morality and cultivating people,and is the fundamental way to cultivate students' Ideological and political quality and scientific and cultural literacy.But the guarantee of all these lies in the efficient and orderly classroom,but the reality is not optimistic.Most secondary vocational students have very low participation,serious gap phenomenon,and are basically disconnected from the classroom.Vector has the dual significance of number and form,which is not only the carrier of mathematical thoughts such as combination of number form,classification discussion,analogy,transformation,modeling,but also an important basis for learning complex number,geometry,algebra,inequality and trigonometric function.Therefore,this study takes plane vector as an example to discuss how to improve the participation of classroom from the two levels of students and teachers to teach and learn efficiently.After determining the research ideas and consulting a large number of relevant literature,the author adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method,observation and interview method to investigate and analyze the current situation of plane vector classroom teaching,and obtains the fact that classroom participation is low.The low level of classroom participation is mainly reflected in the following aspects: Students' low concentration of attention,lack of awareness of listening to class with questions,unable to grasp the ideas and key points of class,unable to take effective notes,rarely answering teachers' questions,not actively participating in discussions,poor effect of autonomous practice in class,poor coordination of eyes,ears,hands and brain,etc.the subjective reason lies in the weak mathematical foundation and lack of coordination There are some problems,such as mastering effective learning methods,not interested in and afraid of plane vector learning,not feeling the teacher's attention,being used to doing other things in class,low self-control,lack of responsibility,improper learning attitude,etc.Teachers' monotonous traditional teaching methods will also aggravate the current situation of low classroom participation to a certain extent,such as attaching importance to teaching results and learning process,imparting knowledge and thinking ability,problem-solving training,summary and reflection,teaching design and student diagnosis.In addition,there are some objective reasons.For example,mathematics teaching is marginalized by vocational education,and the gap between teaching materials and students' level is too large.These further lead to teachers' complaint and impatience to a certain extent,and even tend to adopt "elite education".Under the premise of the above investigation and analysis,this study combines the relevant knowledge of psychology and pedagogy,starting from the constructivist learning theory,the subjective education theory and the traditional Chinese enlightening education theory,and taking the cognitive theory represented by Bruner and Ausubel as the blueprint,proposes four stages of teaching and learning: the input stage of new knowledge of hearing and perception,the input stage of understanding and processing In these four stages,we put forward eight dimensions of learning strategies at the student level and twelve angles of teaching strategies at the teacher level.Finally,using the strategy of this study,the teaching case of the first section of the fourth section of the seventh chapter of the basic module of the new textbook of the national plan for secondary vocational education curriculum reform is designed in detail,and eight links,including teaching content analysis,learning situation analysis,teaching objectives,teaching focus,teaching difficulties,teaching methods,teaching process and teaching reflection,are elaborated for reference Teaching practice,and then verify the rationality,effectiveness and scientificity of the strategy.
