With the deepening of the new round of basic education reform,teachers are paying more and more attention to creating efficient classrooms and their own professional growth.The new curriculum advocates paying attention to the formative evaluation of students and emphasizing the screening and selection of evaluation.Therefore,instant classroom evaluation is increasingly valued.Instant classroom evaluation has the function of both teaching and evaluation.The ability of teachers to use instant classroom evaluation directly affects the efficiency and success of classroom teaching.Appropriate real-time classroom evaluation can not only stimulate students' interest in learning,promote students' positive thinking,create a classroom atmosphere for students to explore actively,seek knowledge and create a positive,happy and harmonious teacher-student relationship,but also promote teachers' professional development.Reviewing the existing research,although the research on classroom evaluation has made some progress,the research on the immediate classroom evaluation of students is lacking,and the research on the immediate classroom evaluation of a certain subject area is relatively weak.In view of this,this study chose the instant classroom evaluation as the main research content,primary school Chinese novice teachers and expert teachers as the main object of study,on the basis of existing research,in accordance with the relevant theories of pedagogy and psychology,the integrated use of literature method,observation method,interview method,the novice teachers and expert on Chinese teachers in the classroom the real-time evaluation of the difference of comparative analysis,and sums up the novice teachers and expert teachers classroom evaluation general characteristics of real-time and novice teachers classroom instant evaluation need attaches great importance to the problem and the expert teachers experience worthy of learning,is designed to help novice teachers improve classroom immediate evaluation.The researcher observed and recorded the specific performance of novice teachers and expert teachers in the instant evaluation of primary school Chinese class according to the observation scale of instant evaluation in class,and compared and analyzed the observed data to summarize the differences.Among them,in the "evaluation","timing","evaluation","evaluation objects" "knowledge and skills","speech evaluation","to evaluate according to the actual situation of students" differences between these seven aspects,in the process and method ","emotional attitude and values",the three aspects of "nonverbal evaluation" there is no difference.Then,according to the differences,it reveals the general characteristics of the instant classroom evaluation of primary school Chinese novice teachers and expert teachers,and thus concludes that the immediate classroom evaluation of primary school Chinese novice teachers should pay attention to the following issues: negative evaluation;Weak immediate classroom evaluation consciousness;The time selection of classroom immediate evaluation is unreasonable;Lack of reflection on the immediate classroom evaluation behavior;Summarize the experience of immediate classroom evaluation of primary school Chinese experts and teachers is worth learning from the following points: positive and affirmatory evaluation;Strong awareness of immediate classroom evaluation;The evaluation focuses on the comprehensive development of students;Often reflect on their own immediate classroom evaluation behavior;The timing of evaluation is reasonable.In view of the above problems of novice teachers,the researchers put forward several suggestions to optimize the instant classroom evaluation of novice teachers in primary school Chinese: establish a correct view of instant classroom evaluation;Constantly polish the classroom teaching wit;Adopt a variety of evaluation methods;Insist on continuous reflection learning;Reasonable care for the evaluation object;It is hoped that these suggestions can give some enlightenment to novice teachers.
