Research On Embedding Dilemma And Countermeasure Of Medical Social Work Practice

In recent years,the doctor-patient relationship in an increasingly tense reversed transmission the transformation of medical model,medical social work career under the attention and support made a great progress,are starting to develop around the local professional social work,in the relevant expositions of "embedded",The development of medical social work in China is considered to be an embedded development.Therefore,this paper,as a researcher and on the basis of practice,studies the development dilemma and embedding difficulties of medical social work,so as to obtain countermeasures and suggestions for medical social work interns.From the perspective of embedding theory,this study defines the subject and object of embedding,and introduces the basic situation of both sides.The embedding subject of this study is the intern,who contains the embedding of social work practice,theory,values and other aspects in their practical activities.The embedded object of this study is Y Hospital.At present,the medical social work in Y Hospital is in its initial stage,and its development is characterized by administrative social work as the main work and professional social work as the auxiliary work.Through a detailed introduction of the internship experiences of several interns in Y Hospital in Chongqing,and semi-structured interviews with medical social workers in Y Hospital and social work teachers in X University,the author summarizes the embedding difficulties in medical social workers' internship in Y Hospital from the perspectives of embedding subjects and objects.Since the embedded object itself has no embedding dilemma,it can only have some deficiencies,which will lead to the embedding subject's predicament.Therefore,this study uses two elements of embedding space and embedding environment to analyze the deficiencies,causes and corresponding countermeasures of the embedded object.This study finds that the dilemma of embedding subjects is mainly reflected in the asymmetry between internship positions and professionalism,and the lack of embedding of professional skills;The dilemma of embedded space is mainly reflected in the limited embedded space of the medical service system,and the dilemma of embedded environment is reflected in the rejection of the deeply rooted social management mode.Moreover,through objective analysis,this paper believes that the reason for the predicament of the embedded subject is the imperfection of the practice system,and the emphasis on administration and light on technical supervision.The difficulty of the embedded space is caused by the insufficient attention of the hospital to medical social work.The predicament of embedded environment is caused by the lack of humanism management idea and the strong hierarchical management color.Finally,according to the above mentioned,this paper also puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from the embedded subject and embedded object.Embed the subject level,through the intern,university and hospital three parties to enhance the subject's professional ability;At the level of embedded object,some suggestions are given to expand the service space of embedded object and improve the environment of embedded object.
