Medical Social Work Embedded In The Initial Stage Showing The " Twist Overflow" Phenomenon

In the construction process of social workers' team building, medical work is animportant part of the practice areas. Rendering professional social workers in theBeijing area, the overall development of the medical work embedded in the existing healthcare system and hospital environment, in its infancy, and outstanding performanceembedded difficulties, borderline embedded, embedded in the suspension of the failureof "twisted overflow"phenomenon. Medical social workers employed in the hospital alone,and their practitioners after a direct reflection of the main feelings of social workas an exotic, encountered a lot of maladjustment, met many of the social work professionnutrition dilution involved in the hospital workplace environment, professionalindependence irreplaceable weak bottleneck. This paper aims to use the phenomenologicalqualitative research methods, through depth interviews with four hospitals in Beijing,six in hospital employment, medical social workers, to show to explore the local medicalsocial workers in their career course and feelings in order to explore the medical socialwork embedded in the early "twist overflow" the essence of the phenomenon. Concludedthat the medical social work in the localization process of stagnation at the primarystage of embedded development, coupled with reliance on traditional recipients of culture,the hospital within the rule of man beyond the rule of law as a culture or a habit,social work education in university education happened a little more early than thereality, medical social work may encounter "being administrative tool" crisis. Medicalsocial work would not be embedded to a higher level of professional in the future.
