A Study Of Social Work Intervention In Improving The Living Environment Of Patients With Mental Disorders In DXG Street Of Chongqing

Community rehabilitation is the follow-up rehabilitation method chosen by most patients with mental disorders after treatment in hospitals.Rehabilitation in familiar natural community places is not only conducive to saving limited public health medical resources,but also conducive to patients' return to family and society.But as a result of social exclusion of patients with mental disorders and cognitive deviation,let patients in the process of integration into society more and more marginalized,patients feel strange eyes when others have strong sense of disease shame,so desperate,more reluctant to change,adapt and integrate,this means that patients in convalescence of time to stay at home.Living environment is the objective reality reflected by people's feelings.Environment is closely related to people's psychology,emotions and life.A good living environment often enables people to have greater happiness and is beneficial to people's physical and mental health,while a bad living environment will have a negative impact on people.Mental disorders patients due to illness and insufficient understanding of the environment and other reasons,will pay little attention to the impact of the living environment on people,the lack of environmental layout,transformation of the guidance and training,over time will lead to a messy living environment,self-change consciousness will be further reduced.This study takes the patients with mental disorders in DXG Street of Chongqing City as the research object,and studies the patients who are undergoing community rehabilitation.First of all,the basic information of the research object is obtained by referring to the existing documents of the institution.Then,through semi-structured interview,we conducted a home visit to 11 subjects for a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding,and sorted,summarized and analyzed the collected data to find out the needs of patients in improving their living environment.Then,according to the specific needs of patients,using the methods of social work intervention and intervention group work,seek help from living environment to improve methods of mental disorders,and to improve the lives of patients with self-care ability,interpersonal skills,broaden the social support networks of channels,the purpose of promoting the social integration.Finally,through several times of group activities records before and after the intervention of comparative analysis,after the process assessment and result assessment was carried out on the panel found that living environment improvement group can help people with mental disorders to form a good living environment improve the consciousness,improve their ability to take care of themselves,and to a certain extent,can promote the relationship between the patient and take care of family,To make mental disorder patients better integrate into society.In addition,there are some deficiencies in the improvement group of living environment for patients with mental disorders,which need to be further modified and improved by social workers in the following research.
