In the 21st century with the rapid development of Internet technology,online learning has become an irreplaceable way of learning.The new crown pneumonia epidemic in 2020 has accelerated the in-depth application of online learning,which has greatly increased its social attention.In 2019,the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Healthy Development of Online Education" jointly issued by the Ministry of Education and other eleven departments clearly requires continuous improvement of the quality of online education.However,due to the autonomy and weak control of online learning,learners are prone to low motivation for online learning,which seriously affects the quality of learning.How to improve the motivation of online learning has become a hot issue of focus.The purpose of this research is to motivate college students to learn online,and then to improve the effect of online learning.Through the research of relevant literature,it is found that the locus of control can accurately reflect the individual's cognition and orientation of behavioral results;the lower the locus of control score,the more inclined to internal control,and the higher the score,the more inclined to external control,which is an important reference for guiding learning activities.On the basis of literature research,this study puts forward the hypothesis that there is a negative correlation between locus of control and online learning motivation,that is,locus of locus can negatively predict online learning motivation.Use the "Internal Control,Powerful Others and Opportunity Scale(IPC)" and "Distance Learner's Learning Motivation Measurement Tool" to design questionnaires,distribute and collect the questionnaires through the questionnaire stars,organize and analyze the data,and obtain conclusions confirming the hypothesis.Based on this,in order to motivate college students to learn online,it is necessary to reduce their psychological control sources and make them more internally controlled.The literature research on related motivation models and the regulatory effects of locus of control has found that positive emotions,achievement motivation,and positive attribution are significantly positively correlated with the internal control of locus of control.Combined with the enlightenment obtained,the locus of control is constructed to stimulate college students' online learning motivation.model.In order to verify the effectiveness of the model,a controlled experiment was designed to conduct empirical research,in which the control group used regular online learning activities,while the experimental group used the model to carry out online learning activities.Through the pre-test and post-test data and the paired sample T-test,the research conclusions are obtained.The locus of control of the experimental group is significantly reduced,and the motivation of online learning is also significantly improved,but the locus of control and the motivation of online learning of the control group did not change significantly.Therefore,the effectiveness of the model is proved,that is,the use of the model for online learning can effectively reduce the source of psychological control of college students and improve their learning motivation.Therefore,it can be shown that the model constructed by the research can effectively reduce the source of psychological control,make learners internally control,and then improve their online learning motivation,and ultimately achieve the effect of improving the teaching effect.This research enriches the theoretical research of online learning motivation model by constructing a locus of control to stimulate online learning motivation model,and provides a reference for subsequent research.At the same time,the model can be used as a basis for instructing teachers to carry out online learning to stimulate online learning motivation in actual teaching,and can be used as a reference for practical teaching.
